I asked for a review of my new homes hvac. . Ronaldo helped me
he is certified Ed in both and reviewed both! he found filters had not been changed and have paint chips the size of half dollars in them. the contracted hvac company had been to my home 3 times since I moved in 3/6/24 and didn't check them.!
Since he's licensed in plumbing he looked at that too and found multiple issues that the contracted plumber missed. The contracted plumber had been to my home 4 times since I moved in!

Had these guys come out and fix my ac.they did a bang up job for me.this is the 2 time I have used them in a 2 yrs cuz of different problems.I can tell you they will fix what ur problem is. I used to use 72 degree s but they got way to expensive. Personally the guys are really reasonable and they know what there doing if u have a problem call these guys

Death by a thousand paper cuts. These guys have done a couple units for me. The service and pricing has changed dramatically over the past couple of years. Any chance they get to try to add unnecessary costs, they do it and I mean by a lot. Buyer beware. Make sure you get a second quote before hiring these guys. I think they think customers are too dumb to get a second opinion and they can charge whatever they want.

They don't even deserve one star. I had called them about my ac leaking and they came to look at it. I figured since they were AC professionals. They could fix it. Nope they told me they couldn't fix it because it would permanently be leaking. Like what? Your the technician. Can't you at least try to do something? Give me advice or something. Tell me my opinions. Then I Get charged 300 bucks just for them to look at it. Then last week I called about a part and the Secretary said she would call me back. I'm still waiting on that call. I wouldn't trust them. They aren't reliable and have terrible customer service. Have a ac problem call somebody else because this company isn't worth a damn. Just money hungry thieves.

Global Cooling came promptly, provided me with a reasonable estimate. The serviceman, Roland, went beyond what I expected. He explained everything so I could understand. I had them install a new hot water. It was a small space and Roland made it work. I was able to get a bigger one so I can more hot water. I will gladly recommend them to anyone.

Global Cooling is a life saver! I am an absentee landlord of a guesthouse in Fredericksburg, Tx. It can be very difficult to get reliable service people in a timely manner. Global is my go to for all my Plumbling and HVAC needing. All the personnel is personable, professional and knowledgeable. I feel like part of the family!

One star is too high of a rating. This is the worst air and plumbing company that I have dealt with. After installing three brand new units in a few months none of them have worked and have gone out. The service is terrible. They charged me over $400 for a part to one and I later found out from the 1800 number that the part actually cost $27 ! I have since used a different co and have had them service my units. The hot water heater they installed also went out! Beware don't use this company!
