Recommended Customer Reviews

Read hidden reviews on this company for true story. Refused to provide an itemized billing when requested. Quotes are given in lump-sum amounts. I don't even know how much in taxes paid, if any. To fix a weak faucet - $341.61 for what was two 'O' rings, two washers and stems. Can be purchased at retail for around a combined $20. I know because in my younger years I used to do this repair myself. Told by the owner, in writing, that I was not charged any labor for this faucet fix. Completely out of line charge. They were originally called for hot water heater problems and I asked for a couple other repairs. Quotes were given in lump sum, I signed agreeing, figuring I would get itemized receipt at time work was completed. When done, was told that's against company policy. As repair took place began to see and hear things that didn't add up. That's when I started looking into things and asked for an itemized billing. Asked several times, never refusing to pay, and was denied continually. So one should question why? What are they hiding? Another senior citizen taken advantage of. The faucet fix that cost me 341.61 is now in need of repair for the same issue after just a couple weeks. The hotwater heater also was highly overcharged comparatively, but much harder to run down without itemized invoicing. I do NOT recommend this company!

Bruce showed up at 2am to repair a broken pipe that flooded our kitchen. He was kind and fast. Even got a restoration company to our house first thing the next morning.

Glenrose plumbing is the top notch! Extremely nice and knowledgeable staff that make sure all your needs are met. I have been using them for years and are the only plumbing company I trust to come into my business or home.

I left a previous review but thought it necessary to review Glenrose again based upon an entirely different service call and experience. The other review I gave Glenrose 5 stars, excellent service, excellent price. Thought I had found a new plumbing company to use for future work as well. And I cannot take away from that experience.
HOWEVER, several weeks later I call and they come out but a different plumber than the first work done. He quotes me $707 for what should be just a Moen shower faucet cartridge and labor to install. He said entire shower assembly needed to be replaced along with the trim kit in the shower. And his quote included $56 for going into crawl space to turn water off and on again! I called the mgmt/owner and was told she would look at the quote and get back to me the next day via email. She did and basically said ""it is what it is"", and that this project ""...may not be a good fit"". What in the world does ""this project may not be a good fit"" mean? That certainly doesn't exude confidence in the company your trying to do business with. After telling them they lost this business and any future business, I called another company and had the work performed for $165. You do the math and decide who you want to do business with.
