I had a backed up pipe they ran a snake down and than said we got it 500 dollars paid it he left it all backed up again same problem. Now I will open it up again but it will cost 5 hundred and fifth dollars more and they wood run a camera through the line they did and found the blockage it was on the first floor but he didn't have the right size snake to work on it comes back in and said for him to unblock it it'll be additional $1500 so now I'm $1100 out and still had the same problem as when he walked in in another $1500 just to open the clean out and do what they should have done for the $1100 do not use them they are crooks
Max D.Just met an employee in the parking lot of Wawa on York road in Cockeysville. He was on his cell phone and cursed out an elderly woman. He kept telling her ""keep walking, bitch!"" As I left the parking lot he looked in my window and said ""Say something, bitch!"" Pure class. Obviously someone you should invite in to your home or business.
Andy G.Incredibly professional and prompt service. I'd proudly hire them again.
Robert Boccia, the owner of the company, came to my rescue within about an hour of when I called. A rental property had a complete blockage in the waste line. He rearranged his schedule so they could do the line replacement the next day. His crew began working around 9am. The waste lines for all the other houses in the neighborhood line up with the front bedroom window. That also lined up with where waste water lines were found in the house. The crew worked hard to minimize damage to the tree that my late father had planted and loved. When, after several attempts, the waste line couldn't be found, calls were made to the City offices to determine where the line actually was. While time and effort could have been saved by calling ahead, in most cases, it wouldn't have been necessary because waste lines are typically buried in a predictable fashion. My house proved to be the exception.
Finding out where the waste line was actually located turned out to be good news and bad news. Instead of being to the left of the walkway to the house, it was on the right UNDER a concrete parking pad. This significantly changed the scope of the job. Again, the crew found a solution that minimized damage: instead of breaking up the entire parking pad to dig out the old line, they took out the rightmost portion of the pad, which, happily, came away cleanly, and dug a trench to the right of the clogged/collapsed portion of the line. They found the waste line close to the house, attached new pipes and then ran a new line to the right of the old line, essentially doing a bypass.
I had previously spoken to another company about my waste line problem, and they didn't know their right hand from their left. I'm so glad I called Glenoak Plumbing to do this job. It needed to be done immediately and correctly. It was.
