Glenn's Pump and Well Repair came to my house on 7-17-2019 and dropped in 2 new sump pumps into the existing tubs and connected with pvc the existing drains that were in my crawl. He rushed through the job claiming he had to get through another job. I paid him $1800. The next day and a few days to follow I had other contractors come by for other jobs and they looked into the crawl and told me to call him back that the pump wasn't working right. I called Glenn's Pump and Well again and again to ask him to please come back and look at the pump to check it. He did not get back to me and never came back to my house. I again called him on April 7, 2020 as I am getting ready to sell my house and can not sell it with this issue and still no return calls. The pump has a one year warranty so I could have had this corrected/replaced.
His license no. is 1284 as per the receipt I was given and the receipt also states Quality service thats guaranteed.
Do not use this company. He stole my $1800. I have to pay to have someone else redo everything. Even the PVC connection was done correctly.

I had serious problem with my well while out of town. It stopped working completely.My adult children were at home but obviously I was going to be taking care of the bill etc. and it needed to be done quickly. I tried a few other plumbers and well companies before remembering about Glenn's. I had used them many years prior.I was given all kinds of stories and crazy prices by several places before Glenn's. I even had a plumber come out and long story short I spent a lot of money for nothing.When Glenn's went to my home they called me back and explained exactly what they felt was wrong and gave me a price. The price was considerably lower than the others and MADE MORE SENSE! They took my credit card over the phone and did the job. I almost fell over when they called to tell me it would actually be about $200 less because they didn't need to replace a part that we thought would be needed. WHO DOES THAT ?! I am so impressed with them. My well works better than ever and they did exactly as they had promised.They are also the only company I ever hired that showed up when they said they would. There was one little error on their part. They forgot to leave a part that they were supposed to for me to return to a store. They made an error and they made good on it when they could not locate it, by paying me for what I would have gotten back. I have to say they have the best customer service I have come across in years. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!!
