Don't trust these guys. I had them take a look at the toilet in my rental because it was leaking around the rubber flapper. I told them over the phone exactly what was wrong and that the internal mechanism would need to be replaced. They went out on the call, took my money, yet refused to fix the problem. After talking to the owner, it is apparently their policy to not work on toilet mechanisms. He actually recommended that instead of spending $25 on a new flapper mechanism that I should spend $600 on a brand new toilet. It is completely absurd to buy a new toilet in this situation and they should have informed me of their policy the first time I talked to them. These guys are crooks...find a different plumber.
