He came quickly, assessed the situation and fixed my leaking pipe (in my wall) within an hour. His cost was reasonable and he couldn't have been more helpful! The A-holes always say ""waiting on parts, waiting on parts"". dude, it's been an entire MONTH. If you don't want the work, dont BS people. This is based on their poor turn around and customer service. One thing is if they communicate, but you gotta constantly call them on the phone, so they BS you about the status of your work.

My family and I have been working with these guys for years. Most recently, Mike and Glendora Plumbing helped me get my rough plumbing done for a remodel and did an amazing job. Fast, efficient and what I liked the most was the communication. Mike made very clear all that he was going to do before he did it and then actually did what he said he was going to! He showed up when he said he was going to and got the job done for a much better price that any of those other big name marketing companies/plumbers.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY (Arroyo Plumbing) !! We are an HOA and have used this company for over 20 years. Who knows how long they have been ripping us off. Recently we had to have our annual backflow check. This company tell us that our backflow did not pass the test. They told us it would cost $636 to come out to repair and retest. We said yes, trusting them. They came out and claimed that they replaced the parts in the backflow and the retest also failed. Next they tell us that we now needed to replace the entire backflow system at an additional cost of $3,500 dollars. It was hard to believe after replacing the parts in the valve that the whole system was bad. So we looked on Yelp and saw other complaints about the same problems about this company. We hired a second plumbing company to come out and retest our backflow and what do you know the same backflow was fine and passed the test that this company claims failed the test. Please listen to the reviewers NAT, JEFF, and oursleves and do not use this company. We have blacklisted them, from ever working on our HOA plumbing again.

Glendora Plumbing is the best. My water GE heater died and it was still under warranty. Mike called GE and was on the phone for 45 minutes with them. After that he went to Home Depot and got me a new water heater and installed it. Thanks to Mike my family was able to take a hot shower that night. Thanks Glendora Plumbing!

Busted pipe in the hallway. Yikes!! I called Glendora plumbing and they arrived the next morning.

It took Mike about 1.5hours to fix.

I had to do some minor drywall repair but it was discussed before hand. It was an easy to do yourself wall patch.

I now have an up to date shower valve and I can stop blaming the dog for that wet spot in the hallway. ;)

Two years my wife has asked me to get a leaky shower repaired. We don't use it so I kept putting off calling for help,( guys don't ask). I called two plumbing company's with no response. Then I called GP, they came the next afternoon! I also was concerned about the cost of repairs. GP gave me an estimate of one to three hours at $98 per. Ron came and had the problem solved and repaired within an hour! I will continue to call GP from now on.
