From beginning to end, Glendora Plumbing & Heating were responsive, timely, polite, and offered a price that can't be beat! Our poor water heater had been malfunctioning on us for over 3 years; however, we were always able to start it back up after many attempts, until recently when the pilot light refused to stay on.

As a result, we contacted them in the morning, and Joe arrived on-time in the early afternoon. Joe was thorough and courteous. He also cleaned up after he had installed the new water heater! Excellent customer service, with an expertise that is hard to find in many other businesses.

What a company! PLEASE don't change the way you operate! I bought a larger more expensive home, and it seems that every service I need is double the price of my old house and quoted ""for the job"" instead of hourly, which is code for ""sizing you up"" on what they might get.

I had the father Joe address a leaky backflow and their other technician handle a shower problem. Both were absolutely terrific. And the price was very fair.

This is service the way things should be. The founder taught his son Joe how to be honest and a good member of the community. Joe passed it on to his son Mike. There is no pricetag that you can put on dignity and honesty. I will not take my business elsewhere.

I was referred to this company from American Leak detectors regarding an issue with my bathtub faucet not running water when turned on. A technician came promptly, looked at the faucet and said it was probably a problem within the fixture. She suggested that I call the company and order the part, as it would be cheaper and may be of better quality than what they could get for me, and then call them to come back and replace it. She said there would be no charge for the visit, call when I received the part. Today, two months later I get a bill for $150 for the visit. Is this standard procedure not to bill for the visit when you make the visit and then spring a bill on the customer later. If I had been given a bill back in September when she came I would have gladly paid it that day. I have no problem being charged for the house call, but be upfront and give me an invoice at the time of your visit not months later....Not happy with the companies business procedures!!
