used them twice once for a clogged bathtub and once for a clogged toilet which my son dropped a toy in. Both times they were prompt with their response and on time. Terri was really good. She tried to get the toy out with a tool at first but couldn't so she had to remove the toilet but all was done within the first hour. I would definitely call them for all my future plumbing needs!

I have used these guys many times over the years and I've been very pleased with their work, professionalism and price. I wouldn't use any other plumber. As other reviewers have mentioned plumbing work ain't cheap. But with these guys you get quality work and no attempt to up-sell you on work you don't need. I've used them for everything from valve repair to main line leaks. Just recently I had a drain leak inside a wall. Terri came out, took the time to find exactly where the leak was and only took out a small section of the wall to fix the leak, thus saving me money on drywall and tile repair.

Glendora Plumbing was really fast, accurate and honest. Really. Honest. He didn't chat on and on about this and that and how there might be extra charges. Plumbers often get criticized for charging too much or being dishonest, and I am a pretty skeptical consumer sometimes. He answered every single one of my questions with information that made sense to me and did an excellent job.

Terri came out today to save us! Our bathtub leaked into our kitchen ceiling light and then leaked onto the kitchen floor. So gross! Especially when I didn't know where that water was coming from, had a brownish color!!!!
Terri came out and found the problem was from the bath tub and was relentless with fixing it. She needed an extra part and quickly went out and got it and returned. She worked so fast and with such care!
I only want her if anything else happens!

My mom had an emergency plumbing issue and I was desperate to get it fixed. I called a few places in which two out of the three were complete bogus quotes. They didn't even address the issue and they wanted to charge her an enormous amount of money. I then called Mike at Glendora plumbing and explained my situation. He was awesome! He came by to give a quote, fixed my moms issue, and his price was reasonable. I found our future plumber. Thanks for excellent customer service Mike!
