Our tankless hot water heater stopped working a couple days before Christmas this past year and we called Joe on a Saturday night, not thinking he would return our call until potentially Monday. He called us back and had a new hot water heater delivered to our house on Monday and installed it that day. He was very professional, polite, and obviously went out of his way to help us fix our problem! I recommended him to a friend of mine and I plan to recommend him too many more, he is a great guy and a great plumber!

There are plenty of fly by night guys in the basin; I wanted the person who would show up when they said they would, get to work, do the job right and finish on time. I hired Joe. I have absolutely no regrets. He went above and beyond to finish our project before the ground froze and the snow fell. He even brought his son out one day to help.
I wrote a very large check but I got exactly what I wanted, done right the first time. The job should last for the next hundred years.
Pay a bit more and get the job done right. Joe is worth every penny.

We had a toilet that was constantly running in our Tahoe City condo. Living 250 miles away it makes it difficult to schedule repairs. I was able to contact Joe who responded very quickly. The repairs were made at a reasonable cost. Will definitely use them in the future.

We smelled gas in our Tahoe vacation home and called Southwest Gas to take a look. They found a leak in the water heater valve and turned off the gas. I was very anxious to get hot water back and pored through the yelp reviews until I found Joe at Glencoe. He answered the phone--and right away said he could come over that afternoon. Then he called back and said he could come by sooner. He arrived shortly, took a look, we talked about options and made a decision. Then he was off to get the new water heater and parts. When he returned he got the new one installed in under 2 hours. He is a true professional, I really recommend him.

Joe did an amazing job. I called him Friday morning at 7:30 to get a toilet replacement estimate. He was 25$ cheaper then my previous quote and his price included toilet disposal. Joe showed up at 9am and fixed my toilet the same day. Great plumber.

Joe came and installed a new water heater for us after we had several hot water outages. Although the heater was larger than the old one and required some rework, there was no additional charge.

We then were advised by our tenant that we had water rising in our crawl space and our sump pump was unable to keep up with the snow melt.

Joe rearranged his schedule and came over promptly and installed a temporary pump preventing the disaster of water entering our house from the crawl space.
