Outstanding; responsive professionals. We've used Gleason in the past and again recently to assist with water damage in our basement. They showed up promptly (as scheduled) and communication from the main office was frequent and proactive. Both times, they assessed the damage quickly and offered various repair options for us to consider. This time, they replaced our hot water heater with a recommended option that should provide energy and cost savings over time. We came back to Gleason based on an excellent first experience several years ago and they did not disappoint this time. We found their prices to be within range for this area and their customer service is simply outstanding. Thank you, Gleason!

Very disappointed. They installed an inferior aftermarket part to a family members washing machine water valve. After 5 Months the valve blew and 5000 gallons on water filled the first floor and crawl space of her home. Destroying floors, walls, furniture, and personal items. Gleason showed up that morning to shut off water and were never heard from again. Despite assurances that ""this won't cost you a thing"" and ""Who put this in?"" Insurance did not cover everything! Awful service, total lack of concern and responsibility for their work. Beware!!!

Charged $250 to fix a part on my toilet which by itself is absurd. Next day toilet overflowed would've flooded the bathroom and bedroom if not caught. The worst.

Gleason plumbing was fair and honest in my experience. A job they could have charged a few thousand dollars and they came in and fix my issues at a fraction of the cost! Professional and timely, everything a mom could ask for with a busy schedule and a house hold to run. They were amazing - my house is fixed!!!

I called Gleason Plumbing to repair a burst pipe in my basement from that dreaded Polar Vortex back in January. The owner Stephan showed up within minutes and had the burst pipe cut out and replaced in no time. He did it with such confidence and skill. I was immediately impressed. He noted that this was a heating pipe and continued to make sure our boiler was functioning, which it was not. He then drained or ""bled"" the lines of air and made sure that all heating zones were working and that all the faucets in the house were working. He also pointed out the reason why the pipe burst, because our thermostat was too close to our fireplace. We now have the knowledge to hire an electrician to move that thermostat to prevent this disaster again next year.
He was at our house for about 1.5 hours and charged us a fraction of what I thought it would cost for an emergency call. I couldn't be happier. I recently called him to start work on a sewer line replacement. I can't wait to work with him again. What a pleasure to deal with competent and honest people.
