Henry was great! He had a cancellation, and happened to be in my neighborhood, so he came right over after my landlord called. He wore a mask and gloves (properly) the whole time, and I really appreciated that I didn't have to ask him to do so. He was mindful of social distancing measures, and communicated clearly about how I could help minimize his COVID exposure.

He fixed the issue of my improperly installed dishwasher very quickly, and explained what he was doing, and why, as he worked. We tested it together after he finished, and all worked perfectly. I really appreciated his professionalism, efficiency, communicativeness. You can tell that he takes pride in his work, and treats every job like it's in his own home.

Henry was the first plumber I called to clear my clogged main drain. He & his coworker came out and tried to clear it without success. They did not charge me anything because they couldn't clear it.

I had a plumbing emergency in the late afternoon on a Saturday, which is not the best time to have one of these. Long story short, I thought I was dealing with an easy faucet swap but when you're working with old rusted galvanized water supply lines, it becomes very difficult very quickly. After calling about 5 different plumbers, Omar and his partner were the only ones available to show up. They put in a quick fix to restore water supply and came back the following Sunday morning to complete the job. These guys are very professional, they know their stuff. Cost is reasonable as well, especially considering they came out here on the weekend.

I hired Glassell recently for two jobs: 1) to replace 6 quarter-turn cutoff valves beneath both sinks and toilets and 2) to install a Pfister sink handle and stem (the handle was caked up due to hard water and not shutting off correctly). Omar and Henry provided excellent communication, showed up on-time, were quick and efficient with installation, and provided a very reasonable price for both jobs.
