Called on a Friday afternoon for clogged toilet (my kids always throwing things and flushing them) i didn't think they would he available within two hours they where on site completing the job. I am writing on behalf of Mr. Raul and his teammate (forgot the name). I recently experienced a water leakage in my water heater. Given my limited budget I had to do lots of research to find the most affordable and trusted company to replace my water heater. Several technicians from different companies came to give their assessment and their pricing. The PG&E technician fixed the gas valve to stop the gas leakage and showed me that my polit light can still be ignited. Mr. Raul's assessment was super helpful because it appears that I can wait and see if my water heater will leak again before I save enough money to replace the whole thing. I trust Mr. Raul's feedback because he seemed knowledgeable and kind. For now, I may only need to worry about replacing the water shut off valve that seems to be broken and keep looking out for more water leakage (if any). Thanks also to Ms. Brenda the office admin who dispatched Mr. Raul to stop by my place for an assessment to give me a quote for free for the future. Overall, this company seems to provide efficient, reliable, and trusted service. Thanks.

I made an appointment. I called to confirm. I took the day off of work. They were a no show. I am then told that I live too far away. C'mon, this is seriously not the way you do business. I would not recommend this company.
