I put a pic stating my valve on my shower was broken and needs to be fixed. I guess the lady that responds didn't read it so sent a messy ack stating 300. The scheduled a time which the showed up on time but the cost would be 1500.

Avoid. Overpriced and didn't get the job done.

The second star is only because of the response time - they came by within a couple of hours after the call.

Charging $350 for a clogged bathtub. The guy didn't offer any warrantee initially and very hesitantly gave me 30 days when I insisted. Clogged again after a couple days so asked him to come back. Worked on it again and the same result, except this time he refused to offer any warranty for his work.

Gave up on them and got someone else instead for less than half of the price, who cleared the clog from a different path. Now it works perfectly.

Had a major backup of 3 toilets and 2 showers on a Friday afternoon around 3:30pm. I called and was given a 20 mins ETA and they arrived in about 45 mins. I knew the 20 mins was unreasonable given that the plumber was in another city, so 45 mins was just fine and really fast IMHO.

The plumber, Oswaldo, quickly diagnosed the issue after seeing what was backed up, snaked our main waste line through the clean out and had everything flowing again in about 30 minutes! He even agreed to do some add on work for a reasonable fee. He unclogged a shower drain that had been clogged for months.

Overall, I was super happy with the service and highly recommend them. Oswaldo did a great job and Gladiator Rooter & Plumbing is now on my A team of contractors.

Gladiator Plumbers Great Job! Gladiator Plumber cleared the kitchen clog quickly. Raul the service tech, explained the problem and explained how to prevent more clogs. Our home is about 60 years old so many of the pipes are closed to be clogging. You can prevent more clogging by taking some preventive measures. Gladiator offers a 10% Senior discount and their prices are reasonable. Raul showed up on time, they're local and live in the area, Raul was very pleasant and the work is great. They're very easy to get an appointment.

I just had my water heater replaced by Salvador from Gladiator plumbing. What an amazing job. We have an old house and the water heater is under the heat ducts in a very tight space. He climbed under the insulation wrapped pipes to install the water heater. He replaced the frozen attachment valves. I would recommend him for any plumbing job that you have.

We had three different problems - two leaks and a old outside faucet. Raul came out and was able to fix them all. One required a new kitchen faucet since he determined the leak was in the faucet hardware itself. The price was reasonable given he was here about 4 hours. I'd highly recommend Gladiator.

We LOVE Gladiator!! We have had -several- plumbers in our nearly ten years in our house and it was only this last year that we re-discovered Gladiator. They are efficient, knowledgeable, and accessible - I find I can always get an appointment when I need one, and twice they've saved us from the brink of plumbing hell... They were able to diagnose - and promptly FIX - a major problem some very flawed plumbing work that had been done on our place. They were the third plumbing company to look, and the only one who recognized the problem (our sewer pipe was installed incorrectly/ wasn't slanted and was badly routed), and thus the only people who could fix it. Subsequently they've helped us re-do other areas of the house (the kitchen needed work too..) Every time: competent, reliable, clear communication and billing system. We really love working with Gladiator and are so happy we found them. Thank you so much!

Our kitchen sewage pipe, and our shower sewage pipe were completely clogged and filled with sand/dirt.
We had a plumber come out who did not snake or camera it, and attempted to charge us to rip out our concrete floor, trench and replace the full 20ft of pipe for $6,000.

I refused to let them do that without a camera analysis proving it is broken, and then called up Victor from Gladiator to come check it out.
He showed up the next day and cleaned out the pipe and camera'd it to show me that it is still in great condition. No need to replace the pipe. The price for Victor to fix it was very reasonable and I will be calling him for future plumbing needs.

I last used Gladiator 4 years ago, when it cost $125 to run a snake to unclog a toilet. Just used them again to unclog a toilet. In the interim, Friday became a weekend and the rate went up to $220 an hour. So a ten minute visit now costs ....$220 (because Friday is now a weekend). I called to protest, but to no avail. I have used them four times, and this was the first time I have felt dissatisfied. And it will be the last time. I will NEVER use an outfit where I feel I have been gouged.
