These guys are great. I have an old house and the garage sink that our washing machine drains into became clogged beyond anything drain-o or a conventional snake could fix. They came out and fixed it the same day. Unfortunately the clog came back in about 2 weeks and Gladiator came back to fix it free of charge.
I had to call back again today because our shower is in the same type of condition and they got back to me ASAP. Great friendly service and I would recommend them if they're in your area.

I have never written a yelp review before, but felt compelled to write one for Gladiator Rooter & Plumbing. Raul and his crew were awesome!! We hired them to re-pipe our house, and were told it would be a two day job. We were skeptical that it could be done in two days, but they proved us wrong. Not only did they show up on time both days, the first day they stayed over 12 hours (9 a.m. - 9 p.m.) to ensure that we had water overnight. The second day they were there for almost 10 hours. They kept us appraised of the progress, and explained everything they were doing as they went along. They were kind, courteous, and beyond professional. They were very careful not to make too much of a mess, and they cleaned up everything perfectly (and I am a little OCD about cleanliness). I even saw one of the guys on his hands and knees in my garage with a wet towel, mopping the concrete. Above and beyond! I will most definitely recommend them to all my neighbors.

Great customer service! Quick responses and very accommodating. Raul was at our place right on time! Checked out the toilet and gave us a free estimate on the spot. He mentioned he had the parts in the car and was able to fix things within an hour if we'd like. He did and was able to give us more recommendations for our very old toilet. He was quick, knowledgeable, and super helpful. We will definitely call Gladiator for any future plumbing needs!

Missed appointment with no call! Scheduled an appointment on April 5th, 2018 for someone to come out to the house on April 11 between 12pm-1pm. Waited until after 2pm and called Gladiator again to be told they don't see me on the schedule. When I called this plumber out of the ""Diamond Certified"" guide they had to check to see if they covered my area because they told me they were in San Leandro. I checked the ""Diamond Certified"" book and none of the other plumbers are in San Leandro, so I know I spoke with and scheduled with Gladiator.
Missed appointment! NO CALL, NO SHOW!

Victor and his team at Gladiator have been my exclusive plumbing contractors for over 5 years. The service is excellent, pricing is fair and the work is exceptional. This week, while assessing my job (1930's home in Berkeley) they discovered a severe leak in the shower drain/waste pipe. They replaced the pipe correcting everything needed in addition to the originally work requested. I highly recommend this team and I will continue to work with them, period.

The plumbing in my salon was very bad, clients couldn't use the rest room for about 3months. Different plumber came in no one could get the Job done. My Landlord called victor and he got the Job done. He didn't give up until the Job was done. Thank you victor very nice man good spirit.
