I have used Gladiator Rooter and Plumbing two times in the past and been very happy with their prices and the work performed, so when I had a toilet tank leak I called them to help me out again. They said they could send someone in about 2 hours. About 20 minutes later I received a call from Sal and he said he had finished the job he was working early and could come to my home in 15 minutes. Sal arrived and it was decided I needed a new toilet. Sal gave me a price for replacing the toilet and the bid included him going to Home Depot and picking up the toilet I wanted to purchase. The next day Sal arrived with the toilet, installed it, cleaned up, and hauled away the old toilet. Sal is helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. If I need to call Gladiator again, I will ask them to send Sal.

I have never posted a Yelp review until now. I was moved to write this after the great experience I had with the company Gladiator Rooter and Plumbing, particularly their representative Sal. I called in the morning to have a new dishwasher installed and Sal arrived early that afternoon and completed the job in 55 minutes. Not only was Sal knowledgeable and efficient doing the job, but when he was done he cleaned the floor and wiped down the counters. He even volunteered to help me carry the old dishwasher out to the garage! I highly recommend anyone looking for a plumber to call Gladuator and request Sal!

Quick response time and solved the issue that another plumber didn't solve. The amount of time spent correcting the drainage issue was minimal and they were thorough - accessed crawl space to make sure drain lines under the house were not leaking. Also, cleaned up properly when the work was complete. Great job and would recommend for any drain clog issues.

We needed a sewer lateral replacement done for our home and Gladiator Plumbing did a tremendous job. They came out quick, gave a fair quote, and got the work done fast. Once their crew was at our home they made quick work of the project with minimal input from me or interruptions - they kept me updated and worked late to make sure we didn't go too long without water access. As it always goes we had a plumbing issue on a weekend and a lot of places I called were either not available or didn't do that kind of work in our area.
We had a small leak in a joint of the sewer line. We immediately thought the worst. Enter Gladiator Rooter & Plumbing. Victor answered my call on Saturday morning and said he could be at my place in an hour!!
Victor arrived and quickly diagnosed the problem - a clamp had come loose and just needed a few turns of a screw to tighten. (Insert facepalm here). Victor fixed it right up and was kind enough to waive the service fee since it was such a small thing. I did hand him some cash for the gas and his time.
We will absolutely use them again for our plumbing needs!

When your basement starts flooding it's a reason to freak out. We had numerous plumbers come out but Gladiator was both the most responsive and the company we ultimately chose to do the job.

They kept in touch with me, even calling to let me know the plumber would be a few minutes late during a very busy season in December when bomb cyclones and atmospheric rivers were constantly dumping rain on the Bay Area and everyone seemed to be dealing with flooding issues of one sort or another.

Cristobal, who came out to initially diagnose the problem, was prompt, kind, and knowledgeable. The fix cost thousands of dollars and required a crew to dig nearly five feet into the ground. Thankfully the Gladiator team was able to do the job quickly and everyone I encountered from the crew was pleasant.

I would like to thank Gladiator Rooter and Plumbing for coming to the rescue of my family in a very challenging situation. The toilet was clogged and my 90 year mother and I had Covid. My sister was the only person in the home that tested negative. After calling several companies and explaining our dilemma, Gladiator Rooter and Plumbing was the only company willing to help. On behalf of my family we would like to thank Gladiator Rooter and Plumbing and Mr. Raul Morales for their willingness to help us in our time of need. I am so grateful to Mr. Morales who agreed to help knowing the situation. In addition, he drove all the way from Walnut Creek! That speaks volumes to me about the company and personnel. Not only did we recieve outstanding service but an outstanding act of kindness. We will turn to Gladiator for any future plumbing needs and recommend this company without hesitation to others.

We called Gladiator for a second opinion to a sewer backup job that another rooter company completely messed up. Gladiator came out and gave sound advice and made several suggestions on how to proceed; even though the services suggested were not offered by them. They pointed out a few things we hadn't even picked up on and gave us some alternative (and creative) approaches if their first suggestions couldn't be done. We will definitely use Gladiator in the future and it's nice to have them local when needed. Thanks you for being forthright and honest about the reality of our situation; It is very much appreciated!

Don't give your credit card to this company!!!! They are not honest!

In my case, I got so scared that they might abuse my card that have to cancel my credit card that have been used on daily basis since 2019

Before they come out they quoted $250 per service call, no matter big job or small job.

After the job is done, the plumber left and asked a girl from the office to call for payment of $350.

Honestly, $350 for a Saturday call is not unreasonable. And Ron the plumber did get the job done. However, I just don't like to be told one price, and then another at the end of the job. I was there in the first hour, Ron never gave new quote. It is not about money, just don't feel good.

The girl who is responsible for calling for payment appologized for the miscommunication and agreed to accept $300, and asked me for the credit card info. With her promise, I told her my my credit card info over the phone. Within minutes, I got email invoice with a charge of $350.

I called the girl asking why she betrayed my trust. She said the money has been charged and she will talk to boss on Monday.

I deal with contractors in regular basis for years, and this is the first time in my life that a merchandise dare to abuse client's credit card.

Now that they have my credit card in file, I am really concerned what they are going to do with the numbers.

I got so scared that I called my credit card company to stop this card and reissue a new one. I have used this card on daily basis for years and never worried to give it over the phone to a merchandise.
