These guys are very responsive, professional and responsible. We did the whole house repipe with them (drain, water supply, water heater, etc) and a crew of 3 or 4 plumbers did all these work within two days during Thanks giving holiday week! Yuri has been very helpful with all our requests and didn't charge us for some extra fixes we found out during the repipe. The price is reasonable with the amount of work they've been done for my house. Oh, even afterwards we found some other issues with the house, they sent out someone to look into the issues next day for free! Will definitely keep using them going forward!

I had a major leak coming from my tub and water was falling outside, off of my roof. These guys were nice enough to come the same day... tested the issue, and then sent a repair crew to fix the issue the next day. James Bailey was so knowledgable and reassuring. Bailey and his brother own the company; they are Italian plumbers, and strikingly resemble Mario and Luigi.. lol. I will always use this company.

These guys are extremely professional, do great work, and are wicked fast. They repiped my 3/2 house in a single day including trenching a new supply line from the street and a new tankless water heater. It was one of the most impressive things I have ever seen.

On top of that they were really flexible and worked with me because I wasn't ready to have the showers repiped. I was waiting to do a bathroom remodel, so they came back when the shower was torn apart to finish the repipe at no additional cost.

It doesn't get better than these guys.

I called these people today to get a price on replacing a toilet in my guest bathroom, I should have had them replace it a few years back when they replaced the Master bathroom and middle bathroom toilets and they did a great job.... BUT , yes but...

Today I called and said I needed to have a toilet replaced how much would it cost and that I used them before a few years ago for the other toilets in my house and the girl sounded confused.... So I asked again how much do you charge for a toilet remove and replace and she said I have to check with my boss and see what he says, so I give her my number and 2 hours later I haven't heard back... so I call back and know I think a different person tells me it 250.00 ( WOW ) 2 x what other people are telling me, so much for trying to use the same place that did a good job a few years ago..

Update: I did get a ( few ) calls back later today, about my updated yelp review, but they said due to some mix up the price should have been 215.00 for the quoted job price and that they didn't know I was a prior customer from 2015.. So they would offer/honor me that price.. I said thanks but.. NO

Thanks for updated / offer and calls back people, but if you can't call people back when they are waiting on you and then tell them a price more then double from the 1st time I used you, your not a place I want to deal with. I thank the manager for trying to fix things, and I am sure your plumbers do great work, but your office people need to have the talk about being the face of the company.. Its little things like this that make people walk away...

Gladiator just completed repiping my 5 unit apartment complex in San Jose. Gladiator was not the lowest bid and I don't mind paying a slight premium if the quality of materials are superior and work is done right. I'm extremely picky and let me tell you, James, Yuri, Jose, Jennie and their entire team were fantastic from start to finish...they are the Best!

I have a long over due repiping work for my house. I got many bids. Yuri explained to me the detailed process and put it in the bid as well. The price is moderate among others. During the repiping, we found the drain pipes are also due to replace.

Their office did a wonderful job to communicate. That includes daily schedule as well as city inspection. The guys working in my house are super friendly. They came in time and seems very considerable. They even put a service clean-out at back of the house so it will no longer require to get into crawl space to clean out main drain.

Here comes the losing star. I have an upscale European valve (Grohe) for my shower. After repiping, no more hot water, only cold water comes out. They suggested us to pay $300+ extra and replace it with Delta. After resistance from me, they send their master plumber. They ask me to pay parts plus hourly rate. Based the feedback from Grohe support and other plumbers on Yelp, I understand it's matter of flushing the valve after repiping. By then, I realized that they are a repiping company, not a plumbing specialist. With the information from Grohe support and other plumbers, I worked along with their guys, step by step, it didn't take long to get the valve flushed. Then everything back to normal.

All in all, I have pretty good experience with them. I feel if you have valves due to replace as well, they should do a much smoother job.

OMG, I am completely shocked at the price of this bill. All I wanted was my appliances installed. I figured, since you guys did such a good job on my repipe several years ago, you would do a good job on installing my appliances. THIS IS OUTRAGEOUS!!!!!!
When I called to have you move a gas line and drain pipe, I thought $650 was a lot, and then when I saw the holes you left in my wall....., I was astounded that you would not repair them and would charge me extra for damage you all caused.

$1,325for installing appliances? What the heck. It's not that hard?!?!?!?!

I will never, ever do business with you again.

Remodeled and updated an entire mid-century one story ranch home in Cupertino in 2016, requiring replacement of main water line from meter at the street, all fresh water lines, all drains, all drain vents, main drain to street, and water heater. Also moved gas line to relocate furnace into the ceiling, and added new gas and water line in the kitchen, and new water lines, vents and drains for new powder and laundry rooms. Solicited bids from the well-known local plumbing contractors, including several highly rated ones on Yelp. Gladiator Repipe's bid was the most competitive, both in terms of cost and time.

Using an army of about 20 plumbers and laborers and a fleet of trucks, all rough work was completed in two days. Work was decent, especially considering their speed -- had to make a couple of corrections thereafter, which they did promptly and without issue. They also fully supported several inspections -- rough and finish -- by both City of Cupertino Building Department and Cupertino Sanitary District. All passed without issue.

Long after Gladiator Repipe's work was completed and they had been fully paid, our general contractor (Gladiator Repipe worked independently from general contractor) reported extra work being required - as a result of miscommunication between contractors. Rather than pushing back or pointing fingers at the general contractor, Gladiator Repipe took the high road and compensated the general contractor for the extra work required, and also for a ladder that had gone missing on the job site, that was claimed to have been accidentally taken by one of the Gladiator Repipe workers months earlier... class moves, all the way around.

The company is run by the Bailey brothers. They operate with honesty, integrity, and are genuinely nice guys. Highly recommended.

I wish I can give them more than 5 stars. This review is late. Gladiator replaced all our old galvanized pipes from the inside of our house to the water pipes that go to the street with copper. This was done around the summer of 2016.

Let me start with the consultation process. I got a total of 4 bids. Gladiator Repipe sent out one of their very own owners out to explain to me about the process of replacing the pipes. They were very professional and explained everything from the beginning to the end. The other 3 project bids sent out salesman that had no good pitch and didn't explain anything to me. The other companies basically laid out the pricing and didn't get into what was going to be done.

On the day of the job, the guys that came out were great. Very friendly guys and some of them were funny. I forgot the foreman's name but he was always listening to my concerns. They crawled under my house, did the cutting and removed all the galvanized steel pipes. They were all corroded!!! OMG, I can't believe we have been using these pipes for years.

They finished in one day! I'm amazed how fast they work and clean too. They placed drapes and covered our wood floors and carpet. They taped up our walls too from collecting dust and also put covers on our couches. They went over and beyond of what I expected. This is what you expect I guess from hiring Diamond Certified contractors.

Since then I've recommended them to a few of my friends who own homes.

Why am I writing this review today? Well about 5 days ago I had a lot of sputter (pockets of air) in both my bathroom faucets. The receptionist called me the day after I reported this to them by email. Awesome response! I forgot her name but she was very friendly. She just said we'll sent out our guys to your place on this date and time. Well they came out today and on time! 2 guys came out...Alex and I think the other guy was Joe! Awesome guys and funny too. Very professional, and without me asking them to take off their boots they did it on their own. Much appreciated guys. Anyways, they were very helpful. They fixed the sputtering and also the water pressure. Increased it from 50psi to 70psi. Max they said was 80 and they even showed me how to regulate the psi w/ the regulator that they installed last year during the repipe project. These 2 guys came out and listened to my concerns and asked if I had any other questions. They did not say it was my fault or pointing fingers saying well this isn't their problem.

Well, this sums up how happy I am with them. I highly recommend this company and if the owners are reading this, kudos to Bailey and your workers. I will for sure save your company info for any future piping needs. Thank you very much for everything you have done.
