I love the Yelp quotes tool. It's so easy to send out a note to 6 of the top rated companies and then wait for people to call you back.

1 minute after I sent out the request, Noor called me back. He was extremely professional and polite on the phone, and quickly scheduled time to come take a look for us around our availability.

Our appointment is scheduled for tomorrow. I'll update more, but for now, Noor gets 5 stars in my books!

Job Description: Extend new gas line from one end of the house to other for Gas Range.

Joe came in and gave quotes for gas line along with BTU calculations. As per quote and timeline their team came in on time and did the job.

Post job all area was cleaned up.

Homedepot was not able to install new gas stove, but Joe came in ,installed it and also advice us to change electric outlet.

Overall very good service. We use them again when required and definitely recommend them.

My house needed a repipe, I called the top 3 rated repipe companies on Yelp. Spoke with someone named Yuri. All 3 got back to me promptly, but Gladiator was the only one that didn't show up for the scheduled estimate, and no phone call either. So I went elsewhere. I'm kind of surprised with all the positive reviews. Oh well, maybe I'll give them another try when I need another repipe in about 30 years.

All the positive reviews are right! Gladiator was recommended to me by a leak detection specialist who found the source of my high water bills -- a failed main line pipe by shutoff valve on the house foundation. James contacted me within hours and explained the possible issues and solutions, including repair vs. replacement options. His technicians were on-site the next day, two hours earlier than expected. Friendly, attentive, prompt, professional and competent...Can't ask for more.

Update: just wanted to do a quick update and mention that it seems like this company no longer does regular plumbing jobs and is exclusively a repiping company now (I asked for a quote for several issues in my home and never heard back). So my original review below doesn't really mean as much except for their nice service.

Noor and Alex are amazing and very professional did a fantastic job on our rain shower and drain. They also checked our low water pressure, which was due to the electric water heater that was not working correctly I was unaware that these water heaters required maintenance every 6-months to keep the water pressure normal. In addition, they are going to do an overhaul on the unit since we've had this electric water heater for over 4-years and had no maintenance done as required and we were never informed from the previous plumbing service that installed the unit that this maintenance was required every 6-months. As well as the exhaust system for the electric water heater that is corroding and needs to be replaced. They also do drywall and other helpful handyman projects, which is very helpful to myself, which is not my forte. I highly recommend Gladiator they can do everything that is required as a plumbing service and as well as handyman service. One stop shop! Thanks Noor and Alex.

This is a follow up to my previous review. I still give Noor the thumbs up. He called ahead of time to confirm he would be onsite to start the work and was on-time. First day in, he was able to pull out the snake that was stuck in the pipe. So he was pretty accurate in his assumption of where the snake was located and what it might be stuck on. Kudos to him for being able to resolve problem #1. Problem #2 was there was still a clog in the pipe. He came out day 2 with his snake to clear the line. In doing so, he pulled out another huge root that was growing in our pipes. After that the water flowed through the pipe as expected. Day 3, Noor came out to complete the installation of the clean out and clean up the area. He did a fantastic job. I would recommend Gladiator, specifically Noor, in the future as they were able to resolve my plumbing problems with someone who was knowledgeable and I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage. AMAZING WORK!! I got 4 bids on repipe project but these guys blew everyone else away!! First off James came for the estimate and was very prepared and professional. He asked tons of questions and went thru different options before writing up his estimate right there! I didn't have to wait at all. He had a folder with all the information on the products, warranty and quality of materials. He offered the following:
* Warranty
* They are diamond certified so they have tons of insurance if anything were to happen
* Copper plumbing is top of line in the USA so you don't have to worry you may need to do this again!
* One day installation since he has a huge team who can get it all done that day! Everyone else was quoting me 2 days
* Price was reasonable compared to others and I believe you get what you pay for!
* He has a check list of what to do day before and day! I loved that!

The team showed up right on time and were very professional. They finished at 5:00 as promised. My house was clean with shiny new pipes, water heater and pump. The drywall work was 2 days after and everything was patched and looked very nice with texture. They pulled all the permits and took away all the old materials and scheduled everything. There was some dust but it was not bad.
Thanks James and team for giving me hot water again and water pressure to enjoy some nice shower and bath time again
