I hired Gladiator in July 2019 to repair a bent pipe outside of my house that I was worried would develop a leak. He """"fixed"""" this pipe and I paid him on time. His work was slightly delayed to his other job. With in a few days, i had flooding inside the house along the same wall as the repair. He cut 2 holes in the dry wall looking for the leak but did not look at his original repair. He never told me he would cut those holes and I insisted that the leak had to be from his repair work. I was out of town & claimed it was coming from inside the house and told me to call a Leak Detection company. They looked inside but never checked the original repair. My neighbor took photos of the active leak outside the house. I had to remove brand new flooring in 2 rooms, 2 drywall repairs and hire a diff plumber. Plus I paid this plumber and the Leak Detection company. In Sept, he promised to reimburse me, but has ignored me since my attempts to settle this from Sept-Dec 2019. He has ignored my texts and calls.
