Gladhill Plumbing is wonderful. Hot water heater was leaking and needed to be replaced. I called yesterday late morning and had a new one installed and heating water by 4 pm. Best service. They did all the plumbing when we built this house in 1986. They have been our plumber since then. Always responsive and super to work with.

HORRIBLE! I would give them zero stars if that was an option. A few months ago, over the course of two weeks, we called their dispatcher and tried to schedule an appointment but couldn't get return phone calls and confirmations of appointment times. My wife took the day off from work and scheduled a call with them today, and with ONE INCH of snow on the ground, the service man said he couldn't get to our home (I drive a front wheel drive Lincoln sedan and have no issues). I spoke to the owner of the company, Margie Gladhill, and asked her what options she had for me. Options I suggested was having my wife drive up the service tech, or coming on a Saturday, or having someone with a 4WD truck come up. She was willing to do NONE of those. WHAT HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. People vote with their wallets. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY BUSINESS
