Great service! I called because my disposal stopped working. I called Gullio and he walked me through how I could see if it was jammed so I could save myself a service call. He was very thorough over the phone. I thought that was pretty great! I wanted a professional to come out and they did in less than an hour. Turns out my disposal had a crack and they were able to replace. Fast and honest service! I will use them again and recommend them!!

I had a sulphur odor in my tub. Had guests arriving for a week. They came out the same day and snaked and fixed the problem within an hour. Polite, clean, affordable,competent, and timely! I will use again and refer to others.

OMG, an honest plumber. While Christian of GL was working on a neighbor's water heater I walked over to ask if he'd take a look at an outside pressure valve that was spurting water. He checked the pressure and said it was 150-155ips thus the existing 300ips regulator was faulty and needed replacement. He also took a look at the tankless water heater and observed that the circulation pump and timer seemed to be malfunctioning, i.e. not working at all. I explained that we are covered by American Home Shield and if they didn't take care of the issues I'd call him. Well AHS did send TWO companies, the first was a horror show. Reported to AHS that there was incorrect installation of the tankless water heater and that the city pressure was over 350ips AND told me that our pressure regulator was 200ips therefore AHS rejected both claims. After I objected AHS offered a second opinion at no cost. Before the second company arrived I again reached out to Christian to reaffirm the psi test he'd done the day before. He did so. I then called the DWP for pressure info on our street. Again the numbers were within the capability range of our pressure regulator. The second company's report completely contradicted the first company's, the job was done without cost to us. Today I called Christian to thank him for his honesty and for putting me on the right track. Here's a pro who shines as an example of how customers, current or prospective, should he served. He's certainly my backup plumber if we're no longer covered by a home warrantee. Thank you Christian...

Whew! I am SO happy with the service that GL Plumbing provided! Long story short, I've been having draining issues in 2 of my bathroom sinks, and the toilet in my guest bathroom was frequently getting backed up and acting funky. We are having family/friends staying over this weekend and I really wanted to finally get these issues fixed today without costing an arm and a leg. A friend of mine, who is good friends with Giulienne, recommended me to GL Plumbing and I am super grateful he did! Giulio and Giulienne are an excellent father/son team! They came out the same day I called and cleared up both sinks and fixed my toilet issue super quick! They were very friendly, knowledgable, and total problem solvers! Amazing service! As someone who recently moved out on my own I was pretty clueless as to what to do when I had my first plumbing emergency. Thank goodness for GL Plumbing! Way to save the day guys! A truly family run and operated company, you can't find a more efficient and reasonably priced service! They're there when they say they'll be, and they charge you what they say they will! Not only were they readily available, but upon arrival the problem was diagnosed and repaired quickly and efficiently! Giulio at GL Plumbing is a life-saver! My elderly parents in Granada Hills had stopped up toilets and no idea who to call to help. I live 80 miles away, so I searched out Yelp for some recommendations. I called GL Plumbing, due to their high ratings on Yelp, and got a call-back from Giulio in less than 10 minutes. He offered to stop by on the way home that same evening (it was about 5 pm), in about an hour. Giulio snaked the pipes, and had the stoppage fixed in less than an hour. Unfortunately we had to call him back in less than two weeks for the same issue - Giulio fixed my parents right up the day after I called him, plus he ran a camera down the pipe do diagnose the source of the issue - a shift in the pipes where the sewage was collecting. My parents had very recently changed to low flow toilets, and the lower water flow was causing the sewage to collect and back up where the pipes had shifted. We scheduled a time for Giulio to cut and repair the pipe, and my parents have been trouble-free since. I would highly recommend Giulio. Great service!
