After trying to resolve for two weeks (by ourselves) a clogged kitchen clean-out and dissolving old kitchen pipes in a 70 year-old house, we decided to call GL Rooter who were recommended by Larry & Joe's Plumbing.

They were able to come the same afternoon! They cleared out the clogged pipes with an electric auger and even installed the new piping we had purchased (which we knew we would need) without asking. We have a double sink with a garbage disposal so it was quite a mess. Their representative was knowledgeable, friendly, explained everything and was professional.

So happy to have found this company! The two men that arrived were HONEST, reliable and very efficient. They don't try to push services, sell items, etc. They simply come to help and fix what is needed. Nothing more! We thought our issue was a huge issue until we met GL plumbing. Everything was fixed within an hour! It is so rare to come across people that enjoy what they do, especially with a smile. Excellent!!! They came to my rescue yesterday within a half hour of me calling them, which was really great considering my powder room toilet had backed up/overflowed while I was at the grocery store and raw sewage was covering the floor of my powder room & family room. Super gross.
They are super knowledgeable, took care of my problem quickly and explained everything well. I had a regular plumber I've used for many years, who were unavailable. I will still keep them on my list of tradespeople, but GL will now be the first plumbers I call.

I'd called a company out to fix our shower, however my gut told me they were not being honest when they told me what needed doing. Our neighbor is a contractor and so I for asked his advice. He told me he always uses GL Plumbing on his projects and so I called and spoke to Giulio.

The two guys Giulio dispatched were polite, professional and very honest. They were very thorough in their inspection and ultimately helped me order a new part on eBay, saving me several hundred dollars.

If I'd gone with the first company I'd have spent thousands unnecessarily. Thank goodness I called GL.

We have an old home and the plumbing has had a few issues that needed professional attention. On every instance, my phone calls were answered, regardless of the day of week or the time of day/night. Usually the person answering is the owner, Giulio Longo or one of his sons, Christienne or Giulienne Longo. They have always responded to my calls for assistance in a quick manner and been prepared with a truck or van properly equipped for whatever the problem may be.

So far, I have used them for a serious leak in an in-coming water line; for the installation of a Moen bathroom faucet; for rooter service on a drain and, today, for hydro jetting of our main line.

The family business is fully staffed with clean, honest, capable, and friendly plumbers. They work efficiently and attempt to attack the various problems with services that do NOT go beyond that which is necessary. In other words, they do a professional job in an ethical manner and at a very reasonable cost.
