The good thing was that I called on a holiday (Columbus day) because my tenant's toilet was clogging up and Greg said that he could come with in the hour . But his charges was quite high even after the discount he said he gave me. I received the invoice via email and I was going to pay it when I pay all my bills at the end of the month. But he called and threatened to send me to collections if I didn't pay right away. The invoice was dated 10/14/19 and I was going to pay by 10/31/19! As far as I know, you get a month to pay after you send the invoice.
I would not recommend him :(

GL was recommended by my neighbor who has been using them for 3 decades to solve plumbing issues. The fellows arrived as promised in a timely manner and had a blocked 40'+ drain pipe cleared within 15 minutes. These guys know their stuff and spent 10 minutes more explaining how to keep these 50+ year old drain pipes from clogging-up.

I hired this company 2 months ago and I can honestly and truly say that I had the most terrible, and very stressful experience. Upon calling the owner Greg Luna to request an estimate about a water leak coming from underneath my front porch pavers he indicated to me that given the fact that it was a Sunday evening it would be better to wait until the next morning for the estimate. I was in somewhat of a panic because the leak was getting larger in size, and another plumber had already come out and indicated to me that the leak appeared to be coming from the main service line. After going back and forth with Mr. Luna about coming out on Sunday he requested that I read what the previous plumber wrote in his estimate so he can proceed with quoting me over the phone. He quoted me a price and it was agreed between the both of us that his service technicians would come out early the next morning to further evaluate the problem. Upon arrival on Monday morning, I directed Mr. Luna's service technicians to the leak, and they immediately went with the assumption that it was a main service line leak and proceeded to start removing pavers and trenching along the grass in my front yard. This work commenced without first presenting me with a written proposal it wasn't until hours later is when I was presented with the proposal. The worker trenched out approximately 25 feet of grass, and when he finished with the pavers he had removed approximately 12 feet of pavers. Upon the removal of pavers the worker came across the point of the leak. It turned out to be a pinhole leak on a galvanized sprinkler pipe which turned was approximately 3 feet from my spigot. Had the workers started the job at point of where the leak was visible they would only of had to remove 3 feet of pavers instead of 12 feet and would have never had to trench and tear out 25 feet of grass. Upon locating the pinhole leak which was continuously streaming a substantial flow of water, I requested that they immediately stop the leak so not to waste anymore water well nothing was immediate with these workers. The leak was finally stopped and repaired at at 5:45 p.m. Unfortunately, a pinhole leak took over 4 hours to repair. From the beginning, I wanted the lead worker to give me a confirmed diagnostic of the problem, he insisted that the leak was coming from the service main and kept on strongly insisting that it be replaced. I then called the owner of the company Mr. Luna and told him that I don't feel absolutely comfortable with that diagnostic and Mr. Luna adamantly agreed with his worker and strongly insisted it needed to be replaced. I disagreed and told him it appears to be a leak on the sprinkler line. He told me that since 12 ft. of pavers had already been pulled up and 25 ft. of grass has been trenched that I might as well replace the main service line. I responded that why would I pay over $3,000 to replace the line when it obviously doesn't need to be replaced. It was at this point, I was told the job to fix the leak and replace a pressure valve would cost me $1100 and that I would be responsible for putting 12 feet of pavers back in place. All my dealings with Mr. Luna were by phone, his tone was was insistent and combative he would talk loudly over me to get his point across which was very unprofessional and annoying. He denied things that he and his worker told me about the job. He basically tried to turn things around on me. In my lifetime, I have never had such a terrible and stressful situation when dealing with a service company.

Andy from GL Plumbing gave us same day immediate service on a bad leak at our kitchen sink. He discovered that the faucet, installed two years ago during a remodel, had been installed incorrectly and was non serviceable. A keyway had been installed backwards and the unit could not be pulled out for repair.
No matter, in under an hour he had a replacement, better quality than the original, and in another hour it was installed.
GL Plumbing has our business from now on!

I was in a need of a plumber asap got a few estimates but found that GL Plumbing Service had reasonable price, charging about half the price the other plumbing companies were wanting to charge this guy was done in no time but also clean with his work I will be calling greg for any plumbing work in the future thank you greg your awesome

I needed a plumber so I found this one here on yelp. Luckily they are located here in Whittier so they were at my home in no time! Got my problem fixed in a hurry and didn't leave a mess like my last plumber. I know now when my kitchen floors have puddles, to call, Mr. Greg!
