Lisa K.Mr. G came to my house and gave me a bid. My water heater had caught fire and he offered several options to replace it. He sent his bid to my email and forwarded it to my insurance. They approved it and we were ready to go. He then said he was working on another project and would get back to me. He never did! Would not return my phone calls nor give me a reason for dropping the ball. He left me hanging. I had to get another plumber. I went without hot water of almost 2 weeks.
Not reliable. Does not return calls. I would not recommend him.
The Rooter Guys jumped right in and handled it immediately. Great communication and professional. It was a blessing in disguise.
