Not sure how the five stars are being given. I asked him to do a few plumbing repairs. He was almost two hours past the four hour window he said he'd show up in. Gave me and estimate for almost a $1000 saying he'd need to shut off the water to several units so he'd email me all the important paperwork, license # etc. the next morning. No word for three days. I called and reminded him to which he again promised it would be sent the next day. That was three weeks ago and I haven't heard from him since.........by the way I hired another guy that showed up on time the next morning, did all the repairs in an hour, didn't need to shut off anyone's water or involve the HOA and charged me less than $300.

I made an appointment at GL Plumbing after seeing the great reviews about the company on Angie's List and Yelp. I wanted to surprise my mom with a nice, new bathroom faucet and drain. My mother had been living with an old faucet that leaked and a drain that flooded her floor for too many months. I scheduled the plumbing work for a time my mother would be gone. The plumber, Anthony, arrived right on time. He even called a couple of times to check to find out if my mom had left so he wouldn't spoil my surprise. Anthony went to work immediately when he arrived. He had to go outside in the sweltering heat, to the front curb, to turn off the water in the house and he had to check all the bathrooms and kitchen sink before and after he turned off the water. He didn't stop working until he discovered the faucet I had bought was too big for my mom's bathroom sink openings. Instead of being annoyed at having to take off the faucet he had spent so much time installing and saying he had to leave, then charge me for his time, he actually suggested he go with me to Lowe's to return the faucet and he'd help me find a new faucet! When we returned from Lowe's, Anthony again slaved away in the bathroom for a considerable amount of time. After several unforeseen extra problems with the drain and sink installation, Anthony finished the job.
The faucet looks great and the sink and drain work perfectly for the first time in years.
After all of Anthony's work, I was pleasantly surprised that the final bill was very fair and reasonable. My mother was thrilled when she saw her new faucet. She was totally shocked at how classy her bathroom now looks. I will definitely call GL Plumbing for all my plumbing and mechanical needs in the future. GL Plumbing goes beyond the call of duty to satisfy their customers!

Cody came out and fixed a leak from a pipe and my shower drain in the ceiling. He was extremely helpful and very nice. He got the job done and I haven't had any issues with my shower since. The only thing is he doesn't replace or repair drywall if he has to cut into it. But he does recommend a great person to help you.

I spoke to Cody and he sent Anthony from GL Plumbing and Mechanical to assist us yesterday. We had a complicated clog in the kitchen sink which was a mess and a drag especially the day before Memorial Day! We contemplated cancelling our plans to cook.

Even with this being a holiday weekend they came fairly quickly. He did an amazing job! He was professional and hardworking. The price very reasonable and fair. He got the job done! They are clean, trustworthy, honest people. I thank God that I called them.

They have a customer for life and I am spreading the word! For plumbing, heating and A/C needs in the IE, look no further!

Cody fixed a broken pipe behind our bathroom wall. I was so impressed with how nice he was, and what a neat, clean, thorough job he did. He cleaned up everything afterward. I will only use GL Plumbing and Mechanical for any plumbing work from now on. I recommend his plumbing services to everyone.

Great service from Cody at GL Plumbing. I had a broken water heater and Cody told me exactly how to contact the manufacturer. I received brand new parts for free, as it was still under warranty. Cody came over the next day and fixed it in under an hour. Highly recommend GL Plumbing, great service, reasonable prices, and great personality.

This is the only plumber I will call with my problems.

When I had a leaking water hose in my patio and a broken bathtub valve, I tried 5~6 plumbers with rating above 3 stars from yelp. He was the only one calling back. He was the only one explained the possible costs for each scenario when I asked for a quote over the phone. He was the only one willing to do free quote (15 mins drive from his office).

He earned my trust so I just told him:"" Forget about the free quote, please come and take a look.""

He called to let me know the expected arrival time. When he arrived, he examined both problems and explained what were needed to be done in detail. He also briefly took a look at my dishwasher and gave me a reference number to get it fixed. He showed me the cost for each part needed to be replaced and how much he charged for labor. The price is very reasonable so I know I was not being ripped off.

On the work day, he arrived on time. We found that one screw is rotten and stuck inside the bathtub pipe, which is not visible by the inspection, so he worked really hard to get it out to save me from increasing cost. He finished the job on time and told me what I can do to prevent from having the same problem again.

I chatted briefly with him, and this is what he said. ""I treated people the way I want to be treated.""

What more can you ask for a plumber? :D

If there were more stars, I certainly would give them!!!! Their service is awesome, very courteous and not interested in ripping you off and does a great job. I don't need to look any further when I need some plumbing work done

I had Cody and son Andrew come out to repair a slab leak and they did an awesome job for a minimal charge. Later, while constructing the shower wall, I inadvertently sawed through a pipe. I called Cody and he immediately referred me to Carlos, his employee, because Carlos was in the area. Carlos came by and did the repairs with great skill and precision. I was so impressed that I had him come out and complete another project for me. Not only are these guys at GL skill full in their trade, they are good people, honest, and treat their customers with respect. I will recommend them to anyone....the best.

GL Plumbing found it on the internet when I was looking for a new heater. Called several plumbers, big companies with the 800 numbers came in quoting 2000 to 3000. really expensive and jsut looking to see how much they can get out of you. Small companies, did not answer the phone. Cody called me and we talked for on the phone and explained what He could do and got my new heater for less than 900. came the same days He squeeze me in his schedule.
Nice guy, reasonable fair prices. He does a good professional job. I would call him again for any plumbing issues. Riverside corona area so he may be able to get to you same day or following day.
