James W.Went through a home warranty service. Greg Kibler never came back to finish the plumbing job. He assessed the situation and said he would come back later in the day and never did. He didnt follow up the next day either. He took my $75 dollars through Venmo. Watch out for GK Plumbing Services.
Srikanth P.Zero stars if possible. Just like the other reviews said - very rude, very unprofessional and couldn't even fix the issue. I had a leaking faucet and they couldn't even fix the simple issue and Greg kept swearing loud at the faucet Constantly for two hours and at the end couldn't even fix it! He left the faucet in an unusable condition and then GK plumbing calls to say I have to pay $250 and buy my own faucet to get the issue fixed, and issue that they created!!! Horrible service.
Katee R.Plumber came in plain clothes and flip flops no tool bag. He did not introduce himself, just asked if I had a plumbing problem. I asked who he was and he said he was Asim from GK plumbing. I got uneasy vibes and sent him away without doing any work or checking out the problem.
The S.Had this person out to the house to attempt to get a cistern pump running but he was not able. He then setup a time to replace the pump but never showed up. When I texted the person, he ghosted me.
Additionally, I have reached out months later to see about a quote. I got a single text back asking if a was a certain person. When I responded with my name. He once again ghosted me. Clearly I would not recommend this person because he does not return any kind communication.
James S.Greg kibler was extremely rude and did not care if the problrm was fixed.
He said he did not care if we did not pay the plumber for his time. Asim (the plumber) showed up and tried everything he could to fix the issue. He showed up quickly and was very helpful just couldn't fix the issue. Greg is the boss and rude would no recommend them to anybody.
