I recently needed for a wall furnace to be installed in my house prior to it going on the market for sale. The time frame was kind of short and I contacted a plumber I'd used in the past and didn't get my call returned for 3 days. My neighbor recommended Steve at G-K and I called them. My call was answered immediately and Steve came out a day or two later, looked at the job, and provided me sound advice on how to proceed. An appointment was scheduled for several days later and Steve did a professional installation of the furnace.

I've used G-K twice to assist with plumbing repairs: once for a major issue, and once for a BUNCH of minor issues. The major issue was a pipe leak in a very inconvenient area of the attic, and the plumber identified the issue and replaced the section of pipe on the same visit. The other situation was a house-full of leaky faucets, running toilets, a plugged drain, and maintenance on our tank-less water heater.

No drama, they get the job done, and extremely professional. I will use them again as my first call for help!

David is an excellent plumber and heating guy. When I replaced my hot water heater, he kindly hauled it out the long way, rather than take it through the music studio (our garage). I love these folks. Gary came early on a Saturday morning to repair our plastic piping, and did not charge extra for Saturday. They are worth every penny.

Stay away - overpriced and incompetent. Had plumbers come to do a simple faucet and shower replacement. They charged a lot, didn't give me an itemzized parts list when they sent their bill in the mail but charged over $200.00. When problems came up a few days later, they came back and reinstalled a $10.00 faucet from ACE hardware, didn't caulk and now the handle is falling apart. Wondering what else is faulty with their work.

I have had G/K fix a number of plumbing problems (clear drains, dishwasher issues, install valves, caulk tub) at my apt and house and they are always fast and dependable. Gary has always answered my questions and has offered to do extra things to fill out the hourly based service call when I call for something simple.

I have since moved and looked into more local plumbers and still G/K's rate (while still high in my mind) is cheaper than the others I looked up on Yelp. Since they didnt have any Yelps I felt a review was worth putting up - I called this AM for a non-emergency and G/K sent a plumber out to my house in under 3 hours

i have used G/K in 5-6 situations and have had only positive experiences
