Our founder, Gerald Alldredge was raised in Houston in the late 1940s, making him a seventh-generation Texan with a relative who fell at the Alamo (Jonathan Lindley) and another who served alongside General Sam Houston at San Jacinto (Hiram Little). Gerald's experience includes service with the 593rd Signal Group, 1st Battalion, in Vietnam, and also with the 2nd of the 12th, 1st Air Cavalry, during Vietnam. In the year 1969, he started his career with Gene Welch Plumbing, gaining knowledge in new home plumbing construction. He worked a period of three years until he earned his journeyman license. He then worked for Freddie Bailey Plumbing, focusing on residential repair plumbing for 12 months. He was awarded his master plumbing license MPL8635. He continued Walter Pickett at John Moore Plumbing, learning expertise in commercial plumbing.

Gerald has served as a past president of PluMeCo-Plumbing and Mechanical Contractors Council of Harris County. He is the creator and initial president of AMP-Associated Master Plumbers of Harris County.
