Our founder, Gerald Alldredge was raised in Houston, Texas in the year 1948, making him a longtime Texan with a ancestor who fell at the Alamo (Jonathan Lindley) and another who was a soldier alongside General Sam Houston at San Jacinto (Hiram Little). Gerald's service includes service with the 593rd Signal Group, 1st Battalion, during Vietnam, and also with the 2nd of the 12th, 1st Air Cavalry, during Vietnam. In the year 1969, he started his career with Gene Welch Plumbing, learning knowledge in residential plumbing. He worked a period of three years until he earned his journeyman license. He then joined Freddie Bailey Plumbing, learning about residential repair plumbing for a year. He was awarded his master plumbing license MPL8635. He then worked for Walter Pickett at John Moore Plumbing, gaining expertise in industrial plumbing.

Gerald is a former president of PluMeCo-Plumbing and Mechanical Contractors Council of Harris County. He is the creator and original president of AMP-Associated Master Plumbers of Harris County.
