Several times out to our cabin each time recommended a larger fix or sold all new large parts pipes valves etc versus just the necessary fix but they were very prompt to our home
Last time we paid almost $1000.00 for a burst outdoor hose faucet they sold us a redo on soddering pipe verses replace pipe a new cheap valve we questioned cuz of cheap plastic seals and cost alot to put in and a new anti freeze faucet they repositioned to facilitate draining of pipe at end of season that was done in the Fall
Water was turned off for winter line drained opened in spring turned on water immediately seals began leaking into the basement and pooled water
Family business office is always very curt and blames you if ask for them to guarantee their work or parts demand you send photo grill you over the phone the service people are nice tho so always tolerated the office or owner manner on the phone and instead of guaranteeing work billed us blamed us for valve indoors plastic cracking we disputed it as we now live here year round and it was insulated heated area in basement
However when they came to redo the work the new part of valve seals they replaced with was METAL Seals like we asked about and wanted in the 1st place not the cheap thin plastic they put in that came they said with the new valve kit
it's been fine all summer now
Very disappointed in Giza not caring about their parts or work done months before

unfortunately they could careless if you're a return customer for larger previous plumbing AC or Heating fixes or close by customer they'd rather argue about why it wasn't their parts that fail or how to upscale sell you and if you don't do that it isn't guaranteed
This type of Costly Repair sales job was a gimmick problem in Twin Cities where they could careless once they billed you
Giza Plumbing is a basic often expensive service
Definitely are very average as a family run business owner
The service people tho are nice but often have to return to redo something or a part wasn't in especially during Covid it was understandable but now I'd definitely choose another company and will especially in an emergency situation
But if you just need someone quick in a pinch they're fine but
I'd never ever use them for installing or problem shooting new AC Heating or plumbing or remodeling or a major water set up or toilet in a Polebarn or Boathouse personally after not being able to do small things I'd be nervous about their business guaranteeing or making good any of their work if they can blame winter weather or your homes previous set up unfortunately that was our experience several times so we are moving on to find a Plumbing Heating AC business that appreciates and wants to maintain their customers

I will be using this company for all of our AC service from now on. We called them on what was one of the hottest days of the summer for a problem with the AC, while they tried to get the old one working before selling us a new one, in the end we had them install a new system. I was given options and explainations the advantages of each and was blown away they were able to fit me in the next day for installation. Their technicians were on time, courteous and super quick on the install. Definitely give them a call if you need your AC checked out.

If I could give 0 stars I would, Giza has the worst customer service and overcharges for their services. Then because of their poor quality work I had to pay someone else to come and fix the work they overcharged me for. When shown the flaws in their overpriced work, they refused to work with us. They pretty much told us to get bent. Will never recommend them, instead call Sportsman Plumbing and Heating they will get the job done right and not charge you an arm and a leg for a small job.
