This was the absolute worst experience I've had with a plumber. He was supposed to fix a leak in the wall under our tub/shower. He unclogged the tub, saying that was the problem despite the fact that my kitchen ceiling was dripping water everywhere. He was here twice, once for about 45 minutes and the next morning for about 20 minutes...doing what? Who knows because about an hour after he left the ceiling started gushing water. ...he charged me $157 for NOTHING except an extremely WORSE problem.

Steve is the best!
In October, we converted to gas heat.
Steve installed the gas pipes in the basement and also a new steam boiler.
Steve knows steam heat and explained all issues well.
He even bought me a book on the subject to help me be a more informed consumer.

Steve's attention to detail is excellent and I am thrilled with the work done.
Even better, I can trust Steve to be in my house when I am not home.
