Our toilet had been running nonstop and our attempt to fix it ourselves ended in feet of water gushing out onto our bathroom floor and dripping down into the apartment and basement below. Fortuitously, our emergency came on an afternoon that Mr. Giordano was working in the area. We found Mr. Giordano to be professional, courteous, efficient, and very knowledgeable. Within 2 hours of our call, he arrived at our house, assessed the problem, and replaced the flush valve and flapper.
