Zero stars! Don't waste you time here folks! This guy is a total flake. Rather than saying no to the job he keeps coming back and making excuses to leave right away. on the last day he ghost you completely forcing you to look elsewhere. Delaying the job weeks. I don't know how he stays in business!

I contacted Gino about leaking tub valves that were causing water damage to the ceiling in the apartment below the bathroom and he came to my house the next day and provided a verbal estimate. He told me he would get back to me in a few days to provide a final estimate for repair and could begin the repair that same week. I have called, left messages and texted him for the past week and he will not return my correspondence. My tenant has been without water now for 2 weeks and I have to look for another plumber. Thanks for wasting my time Gino.

We were so impressed with his service and the price for the multiple services we needed done in our home was more than reasonable and fair! His work is top quality! Made an appointment with them days ahead, took time out of work to get the problem settled and then get a phone call 30 minutes before the appointment to cancel because it would be a 40 minute drive to my house and they overbooked.
Why bother making an appointment if you can't keep it? Too much of a gamble to recommend.

I called several plumbers before contacting Gino. I needed to replace 2 faucets and have them installed. Gino was the only one that stocked faucets with him, he stocks Delta and Purepro faucets. I'm the type of person who doesn't like measuring faucets and going to Home Depot or Lowes, simply because I don't want to get the wrong size and make repeat visits. I called Gino and made an appointment for 06-27-17. He came with the faucets and installed them. He seems very experienced and very pleasant. I'm very happy that he stocks faucets with him, that made me save a lot of time and aggravation. I highly recommend Gino's Plumbing and will use him in the future. His prices are very reasonable.

He helped us with a kitchen sink leak and was able to come the day after w called (which was perfect because it wasn't an emergency!). He was easy to work with, personable and very nice. Called Gino at 8 AM to help me unclog a pipe that caused my tub to back up. He told me he had a job until noon and I said 12:30 would work perfect. He told me he he would call at 12...He called right at 12 and was at my house by 12:15 !! Had the issue resolved within an hour. We hired Gino's Plumbing & Heating to perform the replacement of an expansion tank connected with the boiler. Upon my sister speaking to Gino, he was extremely courteous, highly knowledgeable, and very professional in all aspects associated with plumbing and heating. Gino's character is impeccable as part of our family engaged in conversation once the job was completed.

This is a person which is trustworthy, efficient, and quickly determines what is in need of repair with 'No"" unnecessary diatribe leading down additional roads. There are many plumbers to provide an analysis as to to the extent of the problem; possibly leading to additional cost, whereas they believe they can bring in more money in trying to panic the consumer. Gino does not operate in this way and makes an honest approach to diagnose the problem quickly. We would highly recommend Gino's Plumbing & Heating to everyone. The cost associated with plumbing repairs or installation are most reasonable. One would be hard pressed to find a better plumber in this world. Five stars are certainly substantiated in the fact that Gino has the knowledge to service many requests and does so in a professional way.

Back in January I decided to open my own salon & set out looking for a trusted & fair plumber. One of my employee's referred me to Gino. So I gave him a call & left a message with his receptionist & he called me back in the same day. Gino came to my shop told me about himself & his business building quite the repor, and had me a quote by the next business day. He answers all phone calls, he is very kind, professional, fair, and very knowledgeable about his line of work. He installed both my hair washing sinks along with my water heater at a great price!!
