I hate to leave negative reviews, but I texted with Gino to give him the service address and clarify the issue. And then he went silent and stopped responding. I checked in multiple times over the course of 2 weeks to ask if he could help us with this minor repair and when we could schedule and did not get a single response. Even if the answer was ""do not provide that type of service"" it would have been better than totally ghosting me!

Gino was great! I requested quotes from multiple businesses and he got back to me ASAP. Not to mention, affordable. I had a small leak in a bay window, Gino responded, provided his educated opinion, and offered me options on repairs, of which, he was able to take care of same day. Now I have peace of mind, and a good contact for all of the never ending issues that come with the joys of owning a home. Good help is hard to find but I found it! You will, too!

Gino and his son Kailijah saved the day for me this weekend! I'd tried to install a 6-foot long bamboo shade by myself and realized I wasn't strong enough to actually lift the shade and mount it alone.

Gino waved his service fee and came to my rescue without charging me. And he doesn't even live in the same town I do. I've shared this story with my friends and family throughout the day ... because there is so much kindness out there in the world and I got to experience it firsthand today.

Gino is the best there is! VERY competitive pricing, responsive, overall really cool to chat with! The quality of his work as well as communicating with me every step of the way pretty much cancels out any horror stories about other companies that you may have heard. Just go with Gino, save yourself a headache and some money. Sorry Yelp, I don't need to use you anymore. I can just call Gino!
