Gino is the guy!

I hired him for an extensive remodel (hardwood floor for 2 floors and a set of stairs + painting of the whole house + fence + other repairs)

Everything was done perfectly respecting estimates for both time and cost.

Gino is super responsive (SMS and calls) and communicates well. There are always problems discovered along the way in such projects and he always presented them along with the best solution every time. Very pleasant experience working with him.

I will absolutely hire him again for my next projects.

I hate to leave negative reviews, but I texted with Gino to give him the service address and clarify the issue. And then he went silent and stopped responding. I checked in multiple times over the course of 2 weeks to ask if he could help us with this minor repair and when we could schedule and did not get a single response. Even if the answer was ""do not provide that type of service"" it would have been better than totally ghosting me!

Gino and his son Kailijah saved the day for me this weekend! I'd tried to install a 6-foot long bamboo shade by myself and realized I wasn't strong enough to actually lift the shade and mount it alone.
