Gil's Plumbing came to my house to reroute some of our plumbing and I was very impressed.

I'm a bit cynical so I never expect someone running a business to live up to the expectations they set in the minds of their customers, but I was pleasantly surprised. Gil does so in every conceivable way. He was on time, worked efficiently, threw in a bit of carpentry required to do the job just right, and completed it quickly and at a very reasonable cost.

Clearly, Gil sets extremely high standards of honesty and professionalism for himself and his employees. He (and Blake, who worked alongside Gil) showed the utmost courtesy and respect, while making certain that I was happy with their work and completely satisfied with the job.

If you agonize about finding the right person for the job the way I do, don't think twice about giving Gil a call, you'll have no regrets.

To begin with, Gil was prompt in returning my call for service which was very appreciated. He was professional, knowledgeable, courteous and customer service oriented. He took the time to tinker with our water heater first to see if we could save money by repairing it. After diagnosis, he explained and showed us why it should be replaced. They were efficient and did a great job. I would recommend him and would definitely hire him again.
