I bought a new furnace from them 6 years ago. I thought that a larger, well established company would sell me a good product and install it right. The install ended up being done incorrectly, sloppy, and even dangerous. They fixed the first dangerous problem for free. The next came after they performed a yearly inspection. The condensation line leaked. They said it was unrelated to the inspection and said there was a better way to install it but that would cost an extra $544. They should have installed it correctly the first time. With these guys, buyer beware.
