We suggest solutions that are practical and relevant to your needs. Should you have any galvanized pipes, we will advise you to replace them. We suggest replacing any appliance that is older than ten years. For any questions regarding remodels, renovations, replacements, repairs, or new construction, just reach out.

I am the sole proprietor, Shaun Gilligan. I have worked in the construction industry since I started my professional journey. While I am knowledgeable in many areas (like electrical, HVAC, and framing), my true expertise is in plumbing. I started by laying pipe for subdivisions, running heavy machinery, and framing houses with a construction firm. Later, I transitioned to a plumbing company that was contracted by the same construction firm. I gained experience with rental property owners and then founded Gilly's Plumbing & Repair.

Greetings, I am the sole operator here. You will likely interact primarily with me. My expertise is in residential plumbing, encompassing all aspects from the water service entering your home to the vents that exit. Reaching me might be challenging at times. I prefer to minimize phone time while working for you, but I do answer calls when necessary. I favor texting for communication; feel free to include pictures if applicable.
