We suggest replacing any appliance that is older than ten years. For any questions regarding remodels, renovations, replacements, repairs, or new construction, just reach out.

I am Shaun Gilligan, the owner and operator of this business. I have a background in construction that dates back to the beginning of my career. I possess extensive knowledge across various trades (electrical, HVAC, framing, etc.), but my expertise lies primarily in plumbing. My journey began with a construction company where I laid pipe for subdivisions, operated heavy machinery, and framed various structures. After that, I gained plumbing experience with a company that was hired by the previous construction firm. Eventually, I worked with rental property owners before establishing Gilly's Plumbing & Repair.

Greetings, I am the sole operator here. You will mostly be dealing directly with me. I focus on residential plumbing, covering everything from the water service entering your home to the vents exiting it. Reaching me might be challenging at times. I aim to keep phone distractions to a minimum while working, but I will answer calls as required. Texting is my preferred method of communication; please send pictures if relevant.
