This is a good plumbing company with standard rates, comparable to other plumbers in the area. They are responsive and helpful on the phone. Our HOA has used them for years to unplug or replace parts in toilets at our clubhouse and pool house. They are prompt, knowledgeable and fair in their pricing and have done a great job with our commercial work.

Hired Gillum-Waddell recently to unclog a serious bathtub drain. The representative was great! They were scheduled for Tuesday and called me on Monday and wanted to know if they wanted me to come as they had an opening available! Kevin the plumber they sent was awesome! He was on time, very friendly and knowledgeable. My drain is clear in my tub and he even fixed a leak under my tub as well as installed some new parts in my toilet tank which was needed!! The price was very reasonable considering he spent almost 2 hours at my home Overall, I am 100% happy with the plumbing service I received! I've used other plumbers who were too high priced and weren't very good. I give Gillum-Waddell two thumbs up!!!

Huge shout out to Gillum-Waddell today. I had a whole house stoppage. They not only cleared my lines, but they discovered the cause of the issue. The plumber took the time to explain what was going on and was able to fix the issue with my sewer pipe leading to my septic tank. I highly recommend this company.

We've used Gilliam-Waddell Plumbing several times. They have installed things for us and unclogged a bathroom and kitchen other times. We've used them by booking ahead and an """"emergency"""" unclog on a Saturday call. From the office personnel to the plumbers they have sent out - All are always professional! They are efficient in time spent here so not charging for time not needed. All good!

Been using them exclusively (except for once or twice I later regretted)for 30 years. They always fix what's broken, and had someone out here in an hour for a recent emergency. Phew! Guys always know what they're doing and are polite and friendly. Prices reasonable.
