Carlos L.Contracted to do a re-pipe job, paid project in full. The project required to have toilets, sinks and showers tied off after the other trades were done...John Gillis personally called me to try to bully me into paying double as he had double invoiced me for tying off the items on the original contract. Unreasonable and unprofessional as several attempts were made to have them revise the second invoice. Will not recommend as plumbing jobs require a long term relationship and the owner is certainly not interested in reason or maintaining a level of professional quorum. His team is great, but if there is an issue, this is a reflag you will need to consider. Specially after spending over $10k with a company...post project customer service and invoicing errors.
