Stay away from this company !!!!
Their pricing is ridiculous,, just found out that my whole HVAC only cost 2k plus labor total only cost me 5k max but they charged me 10k ( special discount according what they said).
Biggest mistake I ever made,, should've went with local company.

Gillece came out to install a dishwasher. We'd already hauled away the old one. The installation was completely straightforward. Their estimate: $1,139. When I said that was ridiculous, the guy called HQ and offered a new price of $900. Glad to know they don't start with their best price. If you want to feel preyed upon, this is the place to call.

Biggest scam and piece of garbage Company ever. Had an emergency when my furnace went down and they were the only ones that could come quickly. Have a toddler and my house was reading at 45 degrees because it was the dead of winter. They convinced me I needed a new furnace, that I had no warranty (all lies apparently). Anything and everything to get me to buy. I was desperate and if I had more time wouldn't done much more research. Biggest mistake of my life and I'm in the hole thousands of dollars to them. Scum bags to the fullest extent. Please don't be suckered in like so many others.

Awful customer service. I had an appointment scheduled for Saturday between 12-4. I got a phone call at 3:45 saying they were still hoping to send a tech out but one wasn't available, and that I'd get a call back. 4:30 call led to me rescheduling the appointment for 12-4 Wednesday. I had to call at 4 on Wednesday and speak to 3 different people before I was told a tech wasn't going to make it and they needed to reschedule, but weren't going to call me until they knew for sure he couldn't make it. Mind you, it's already after 4. I didn't reschedule and am calling another plumber.

What can I say...there is a reason they can afford all the commercials and fancy trucks. We just got back from vacation and the fan on our Furnace/AC stopped working. Taking more time off work to have someone look at it was going to be tough. Called one of the big boys out of convenience. The techs we very nice....and I was prepared to be told about how old the unit was (it is nearing its lifes end) and knew there would be an attempt to sell me new. However, I made it known that if I had to go without AC that would stink, but I need the fan because sooner or later it will get cold again. Told me a needed a new circuit board and fan motor......$3,000!!!! Paid them their $100 service call fee and sent them on their way.

Waited it out and got recommendations from friends and found another guy.....did real trouble shooting, found the fan motor still worked...and not only still worked, but the motor tested strong. The other guy was able to fix for only a couple hundred all said and done.

I have a sump pump in my basement. Every area, except the laundry room wall, worked well and I never had water come into my basement. Even though my laundry room wall had a collection pipe that led to my sump pump pit, water still managed to come in through my cinder block. I called Gillece to see if they could determine why my laundry room was still leaking water during a storm, despite having a pipe to collect the water and drain into the sump pump pit. They originally said the can come out the day I called. That didn't happen. They did come out the next day. I told the tech my problem when he got to my house, and he came to a conclusion, without even looking at anything. He said water is coming in through the cinder block wall because the pipe that should collect the water is crushed and is now egg-shaped. He said I will have to do the following: Dig up all of the cement, drill holes in the cinder blocks, install a new pipe, and cement over everything. He said it would cost $2,500. Price was too high, so I looked elsewhere. I ended up having my buddy come out, dig up a small piece of cement to try and see what was going on. After doing so, he determined that the holes drilled in my cinder block were clogged. The pipe wasn't crushed, it was ok the way it was. So I paid my buddy $1,000 to dig up the rest of the cement along the wall and unclog the other holes drilled into the cinder block. He also drilled a few more holes into the cinder block to make sure no water got stuck in the cinder block. After the work my buddy did was completed, I never had another drop of water in my laundry room. I dumped hundreds of gallons of water outside my laundry room wall and the collection pipe and sump pump worked perfectly. No water in the laundry room anywhere. So my message to Gillece: ""You charged me $65 to tell me that my pipe was crushed, holes needed to be drilled into my cinder block and a new pipe had to be installed. All was told to me without even doing a thorough inspection. FYI: The pipe wasn't crushed, holes were already drilled into the cinder block. Holes drilled into the cinder block simply needed to be unclogged. If you're charging $65 to do an inspection, not a guess, then do an actual inspection. Never would I recommend you to anyone.""

Didn't bother telling me or my real estate agent that they don't give estimates to home buyers under contract/in the inspection process without the owner present. We made it very clear that that this was the case, yet we didn't find out until the appointment was accidentally canceled (by me) and that was their reason for not being able to rebook when I realized my mistake 10 minutes later.
The woman I spoke with said she was the Assistant Manager of something, but I am guessing it isn't Customer Service based on the condescending way she spoke to me (ex: ""well I am SORRY we inconvenienced you,"" ""that's not how it works."")
Gillece, you just lost a $3k job and any future business from me.

$50 in parts and 1 1/2 hr labor. Over $1,100. dollars. It was an emergency or I would have called someone else. The people on the phone and the serviceman were considerate and professional. Otherwise one star.

We called Gillece first thing in the morning to see if they had anyone available to check a plumbing leak in our bathroom, and were told it was no issue and someone would be out in the afternoon. My husband took the day off work so he could be there when the arrived. Midday, a representative from Gillece called and informed him they wouldn't be coming out because they got too busy. I get that things come up, especially if they were on a tight schedule, but to go from being told the afternoon was wide open and it would be no problem to having someone come out and then having the appointment cancelled is a bit ridiculous.

So - if you like wasting vacation days and enjoy being jerked around, Gillece is a great option. If you're a normal person, you'll want to pick someone (anyone) else.

STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!
Wish I checked the reviews first!
Totally overblown pricing. Terrible scammers! Tech came late! Charged $400 for a drain clean in my basement wash tub. He was here for ten minutes! You will never be anywhere near the advertised price! Call someone! Anyone else!!! Seriously T-E-R-R-I-B-LE!!!!! Mortified! I would rather take 400 $1 bills and shove them down my drain than ever call these jack wagons again!!!!
