Let me save you the time and the energy. Do NOT use this company. If I could rate them a NEGATIVE 1200 I would. Two plumbers came to my house to fix a leak on the ceiling and the upper portion of my wall. In the process my 55 gallon fish tank was dropped and my laminate floors were damaged. The plumbers told me their Restoration company would be in contact with me. A day later I had no floors. The company did not follow up with me after this incident. I currently still am living on a concrete slab. Living in horrible conditions with no floors. When asked to speak to the other owner or to Ray Giles, """"Shannon"""" stated she was the co-owner and that Ray Giles is no longer involved with the business. """"Shannon"""" stated that the other """"Co-owner"""" is a private partner. """"Shannon"""" stated she was aware of the entire situation and never reached out to me as a customer until I called her 10 days later trying to figure out what the next step was for them to cover the damages. While on the phone """"Shannon"""" even mentioned that her two plumbers informed her of the situation. Why would """"Shannon"""" not take the responsibility of a Co-owner and reach out to a customer? Why did """"Shannon"""" not try to find out everything that went wrong and understand the amount of damage that was caused by her associates? When asked, """"Shannon"""" would not share her companies insurance information. When asked, """"Shannon"""" would not share her last name. """"Shannon"""" also would not provide me with written documentation in reference to why she felt """"her"""" company was not liable for the floors. This business is SHADY and for them to have """"Shannon"""" as their representative brings me a level of disgust unimaginable. Do not allow them to do ANYTHING for you. If they come into your house and cause any damage, do NOT allow them to suggest ANY restoration company to handle anything after they have caused damages to your home. """"Shannon"""" will not take accountability for her company and you will need to get others involved.

Very unreliable. Waited 2 days with water in the floor. Never showed up. So sad. What a waste of an afternoon waiting for nothing And I missed my grandsons basketball game. Seems to me they owe me some money for non service!!!!!

Came Friday to do rough ins and connect new plumbing. Reversed lines in kitchen faucet after cutting holes in walls costing me an extra $700.00 to have repaired. Told me wall had to be cut in laundry room to connect to washer while existing plumbing connections were clearly visible and operable. So easy I connected them myself without having to cut walls. This morning Chris told me the stub ins sticking out from the wall in one of the bathrooms were crooked caused by the sheet rock holes being wrong while clearly they were installed crooked evidenced by the metal strips holding them crooked. The plumber, Chris, lied to me, maybe thinking I was gullible and would believe him while he was getting extra billing for doing unnecessary work. At that point I was so angry about being lied to that I had Chris and his sidekick leave and am now searching for a reputable plumber. Giles used to be a very good company until the founder passed but now they are only interested in making unearned money by doing unnecessary work.

Excellent work! Fast response and very fair pricing. The plumbers that came out were great guys. Very polite and worked fast. I was also given a very fair price. Will definitely call them again if needed!

Fast, local family owned and reasonable! Guys came out and explained everything and was patient with all my questions. Highly recommend.

I'm a new home owner so when my first plumbing problem came up of course i freaked and then I came here and Yelp didn't disappoint. I called in the morning and 2 gentlemen were at my house in the afternoon and everything was fixed and perfect in about an hour. I had a broken bathtub faucet and a clogged drain in a sink. The nice part was the tech telling me that Moen will send me free parts in the future so I could save a little money that way. I'm a Fort Mill teacher and highly highly highly recommend. I thought the price was reasonable and the techs (plumbers) did a wonderful job.

The piping was watertight, but what kind of a plumber puts a reduced flow pipe on a main water line. These guys are clueless. So sorry I just didn't do the job myself. Never use these guys!!

Worked with Giles and my HOA today. They were able to find an issue NO ONE ELSE could. Giles has a new lifetime customer after today. Five stars!

Great people to work with. The price is the price no switch and bait. I would recommend them.

While I was initially pleased with the office and arrangement for a quick appointment for our water heater the technician spent less than 10 minutes I our house, claimed it wasn't possible to replace the faulty part and tried to sell us a whole new system. Not what I'd consider service.
