I give a shout-out to Plumber Dominick! The big reason to give GTPP 5 stars is not only they were polite, courteous, efficient, speedy and on time, but I was most impressed when Dominick gave me a full explanation of what he did to unclog my kitchen sink (common problem) and suggested and fully explained (and I actually understood) how I can improve the pipe lines for easier drainage to avoid clogs. A project I will tackle soon and I will call GTPP to get the job done.
I would reccommend them!

Fantastic. I called before 8, and a knowledgeable and friendly woman took my call, gave me advice, and promised someone would call back before 1:30. The kitchen drain into the basement floor needed to be rodded out in our 2-flat, and we have no clean-out in the line. I guess since it was a straight-forward job, the plumber came right away instead and the whole thing was done before 9, for $115. It took some perseverence and a good 10+ minutes of drilling away at the clog, but he did it! Just wonderful service!!

I called this plumber for three things:
1. Leaky faucet
2. reattachment of one drain stopper
3. quote to have catch basin routed out.
They came to my house and completed the reattachment of the drain stopper. They did not repair the leaky faucet, look at the catch or provide me any feedback. In fact, they were at our house for 20 minutes and charged me for one hour ($115). They completely took advantage of the fact that we were not home. (Of course we got the full report from my son's nanny). I then called to ask them about it and no one ever called back, but they had no problem cashing my check.

Do yourself a favor and don't use these plumbers.

It only took 2 days to get an appt. for a non emergency job. They rodded the sewer line from the house to the street. They called before to say when they would arrive, were polite and efficient and charged their minimum amount for this service, $245. I strongly recommend them.
