I had a very unexpected frozen pipe that backed up the septic in my house I had called for another problem and had an appointment for the next day. I was very impressed with Shane as he was thorough and communicated everything. He even checked back with me a few days later to make sure that nothing had gone wrong. I had heard that they were pricey but when we live in a small town we are kind of stuck especially in an emergency

Completely dishonest and victimizes you with outrageous charges. On 10/17/20 the owner of the company was called out to my house for an emergency repair. On 10/14/20 I had my furnace supposedly fixed. The gentleman was here for about 30 minutes tops and I had heat. I gave him $100 cash. Well all he did was rig my gas valve with Teflon tape. So 3 days later I woke up early freezing in bed. I called in an emergency and the owner showed up at 11:00am (I called around 9am). After he diagnosed the situation he told me I will be at $150 more. He replaced my gas valve and fixed my heat. He was here until 1:00pm. So he goes out to the truck and writes up my receipt. Comes back and tells me I owe $320 on top of the $100 I paid just 3 days before. So it cost me $420 for 2.5 hours of their time with absolutely no compensation for the inconvenience I had to go through. I was changed $170 for a gas valve you can buy for $80. Complete rip-off!!!! Do the work yourself with a you tube video. It would only cost you $80 and you'll gain the knowledge for your pockets sake.

Same here. Busted pipes in my cabin. Called three days in a row from metro Detroit. No answer after leaving voicemails. I guess it's a good thing to be so busy to not check voicemails.

We had frozen pipes a couple years ago. Gilchrist was the company we called who could come out quickly. They were fast and efficient. I was happy that it didn't cost an arm and a leg, too.
