I go through a warranty service called American home shield.This company has contracted Gilbert to fix my water heater.This was back on the fifth I was supposed to hear something by the sixth.It is now the 12th I have still not heard anything I have given these people 3 calls and they have not once called me back.This place is completely unreliable and unresponsive.I would not do business with them
