my property is managed by JRealty, and they work with this plumbing company. I put in a maintenance request because my kitchen sink was broken. Ulysses came out promptly to fix and replace my sink with the faucet he already had with him and let me know that unfortunately he could not fix it today because my management company required me to have a cheaper faucet. I had to wait until the next day to get it fixed and I ended up with a cheaper less functional faucet because my management company is cheap. Big surprise Ulysses was nice though

My water heater broke and Gilbert himself came late after hours to assess, per my request, then the next day to replace the whole thing. He was a life-saver, literally. His company has been my go-to for a few years and they never disappoint.

They tried to upsell me on ""camera inspection"" during a simple snake drain cleaning. I resorted to buying my own powered snake for drain cleaning.. I hate upsells.

I have used Gilbert Plumbing a few times and they have always been competent and extremely fair. Ulisses is very friendly and does a great job. Gloria is always nice and super responsive. Gilbert's prices are completely reasonable and I never feel like I am being ripped off. They really do care about customer satisfaction and I, for one, appreciate that.

There was water leaking from within the walls of my home. It was a Sunday morning and I was in a panic. I resorted to Yelp for any open plumbers with decent reviews. After calling 3 plumbers I came across Gilbert plumbing. The receptionist was friendly and got back to me within 5 minutes to let me know someone was on their way to my home.

The plumber arrived and immediately started looking for the leaking pipe. After 15-20 minutes, he was able to dentist it and replace it. Mind you, the leak was coming from a pipe within the walls and he found it !


This goes to show their expertise. I am very appreciative that they were able to fix the leakage. Definitely recommend Gilbert's Plumbing to anyone.
