This guy was so nice. My garbage disposal broke. I called him and he told me how to fix by phone. Could have easily come out and made $ but was honest and helpful. We need more people like this.

We recently purchased a home in Crestline and Gilbert Acuna and his team have been extremely helpful since before the purchase was even final. They were able to come out and provide an estimate for us at no cost prior to closing on the home, and honored their pricing (with additional value added) once we moved in. Chris and Aaron arrived right on time, moved quick, were respectful of our home and completed the work replacing the main line before 3pm same day! They covered their tracks completely and you can't even tell where they dug. Water pressure is great! We will use Chris, Aaron, Gilbert and their team for all of our plbg needs.

We are out of state and went looking for a plumber to replace a toilet for our tenants! And man let me tell you when I say Gilbert and his team were excellent! I mean it! They went right over to check out the old toilet and made everything so easy!!!! They are friendly and made sure we knew we could count on them 100%! Being out of state is difficult but Gilbert made us feel like he was our right hand man. I would recommend him and his team to anyone looking for reliable, friendly plumbers. And the work they did turned out awesome! They took old toilet and installed new one and left everything as if nothing happened. Tenants are happy which makes us extra happy. Great work and great customer service!

I needed a plumber asap to fix the water valve behind my refrigerator. I bought a new refrigerator but on delivery day, the delivery guys couldn't install it because the valve was leaking. So, the new refrigerator was left IN MY DRIVEWAY until I could find a plumber to get this handled. To say I was a bit stressed is an understatement because I had food sitting out in containers packed with ice waiting to go in the new refrigerator. Anyways, I called Gilbert Acuna Plumbing and they sent Chris & Erin out that same day. Thank God. They did an amazing job. Not only were they fast, they cleaned up afterwards and even gave me info regarding my shut off valve and what to do about my pipes when/if leaving for an extended period of time in the winter. Oh! and checked/cleaned a clogged drain as well. This is the second time I've used this business and was impressed the first time too. I highly recommend if you're in need of a plumber that not only provides fantastic services but will actually return calls and show up when they say they will.

Acuna Plumbing is the BEST!!!! I called and talked to Gilbert, and he said ""they're on a job right now, but can come out when they're done this afternoon."" What, the same day?! Unheard of. Chris, and Erin showed up, and did an excellent job. They are super nice, and they explained everything as they went along, showed me the pipes that were bad (it's an old cabin), and replaced, and took care of me. It was a big job, but they ""got her done"", and I couldn't be more pleased. I'm a renter, so the job was going to come off my rent to make it easier for me, and my Landlord. They take Venmo, so it was easy, peasy, lemon squeezy! I can't say enough good things about them. If you have any plumbing problems, they are definitely the ones to call!! I give them an A++++++++++

We had a problem with a tub install from another company and had water leaking from the main drain and overflow, and into our bedroom downstairs.

I reached out to Gilbert Acuna because I didn't trust the installer company to fix it.

Chris was very friendly and professional. He identified the issues quickly and fixed our problems. He also took time to explain the issues to us.

Highly recommended!! Chris and Gil are the best!! We had a main line leak, they came out same day to asses the situation. Having to go through a retaining wall and also work on some steep terrain, I was afraid might take a long time to complete. Nope, crew came out did the job in one day, professional and a pleasure to work with !! Thanks guys !! I'm glad to have found some awesome mountain plumbers !!!!

Chis and his team came out to install a new dishwasher. Honestly, I think what I appreciated most was their immediate response when I told him there were cats in the house. He let his team know felines were around and to come in when they were ready and they all kept the door shut as they went back and forth to complete the install. It might seem like a small thing, but to me it made a big difference.
They got the dishwasher installed fairly quickly and checked it to make sure it was all set up properly before they left. Overall I was pretty pleased!
