I'm impressed and grateful for the outstanding service by the team from Gilbert Acuna. Our water heater went out and, as Murphy's Law would have it, we were expecting a house full of company for the weekend. Called Friday morning and they were able to make the repair/replacement this afternoon. Chris and his colleague were quick, clean and efficient and finished the job in about 90 minutes. Hopefully we'll have no more emergencies, but i know who I'm calling next time I need plumbing! (By the way, my dog LOVED them!)

The guys were quite a bit late arriving, but still got everything done by the time I needed them to. They cleaned up their work area and disposed of the busted toilet for me. And they didn't complain (to me, anyway) about all the stairs!

Typically I don't use Home Services based in Crestline because I've had bad luck through the years I figured this is only a hose bib you really can't mess that up I am so glad I did they did an excellent job extremely impressed I wish I could remember the gentleman name that came out he did a wonderful job they cut hole a my wall repairing the pipe and clean up the mess definitely this company is logged in my phone again thank you so much for being professional and courteous and seriously represented this company well thanks again Theresa Coleman

New to Crestline and in the process of remodeling our cabin. I noticed a small leak, there was puddling by the waterline.
Googled a plumber in Crestline and luckily my first phone call was to Gilbert Acuña Plumbing. Gil came out ASAP, took a look, made notes and we set up a date to get it fixed. Could not happen right then and there since I had work being done by the waterline.

Chatted for about 20 minutes. Since I am (will be) a new resident of the mountain, he gave me a quick rundown of mountain life and made me feel welcomed. Grateful to have met Gil. Felt like I was chatting with a long-time friend.

Anyways, a few days later, his guys came up and took care of it. Gil phoned me to give me an update and that was that. Really great experience.

Outstanding service received from beginning to end from this wonderful
father/son business. Gilbert was quick to respond to my call of a burst water heater at my cabin I manage from northern CA. He was ON IT, assessing the damage, removing wet materials and getting heater and fans in place immediately to start the dry out process and prevent further harm. Then he provided several options for replacement to include economical, recommended optimum upgrade and middle of the road which I appreciated especially with this unexpected expense. Throughout the job Gilbert provided photos and status reports to put me at ease. My deepest thanks to Acuna plumbing and Gilbert for your professionalism and amazing customer care.

They came out quickly the same day, correctly diagnosed a loose bolt and nut and tightened back up with no charge for the house call.
