Had a leak in the garage. A/C issue. They immediately isolated and fixed the problem. Or so we thought.

Two days later the leak was back. And so were they. Like almost right away. They jumped on it, again found the issue and really got into it, fixed it. No extra charge. They just wanted to make sure they got it right this time.

Professional. Courteous. Affordable And they stand behind their work.

Do not hire this plumbing company. They have dishonest practices and are not responsive. I had to pay for a quote for a job that was never completed in spite of repeated phone calls. I was also never reimbursed for the quote. I basically had to gift $145 to Giglio.

Beware of their A+ rating on BBB. They have 4 complaints including mine. Yet they show as answered (resolved) which as in my instance they blew it off and closed. They also have one negative reviews/complaints (two when mine is included. As a warning if you think of hiring them. They sound great on the phone, low estimate on the phone and then the charges they fail to tell you. They charge once they leave wherever they are and don't have the courtesy of calling you to let you know the clock has started. They then charge you for the time spent writing up the invoice and wont' itemize the invoice if you don't ask.

My foul experience with Giglio. Sneaky company. They charged me 15 minutes of time for writing up the invoice as part of the total charge. Especially, when they confirm that the plumber had called back to the office at 12:46 p.m. for prices to itemize the invoice. They were done working on the water heater prior to 12:45 hrs. Yet they charged until 13:00 hrs. as shown on the invoice. No where on the invoice or on the phone was it stated they also charge for their time to write up the invoice. No sane customer would agree to that theft. I did not sign the invoice and having to contest through other channels as they simply blew off the BBB complaint for reimbursement of the charge for $34.43. This company is not reputable. As with the other customer complaint on BBB, they are shady and won't respond to a customer's concern. Bad enough, they charge you for the drive from Shreveport to your house (but don't tell you on the  phone), if they need to get supplies (look out) for another charge, and if they stop off to get food and drinks at Mac Donald's, you won't know but likely be paying for that time as well.


Another customer's review on BBB, The work was ok but they charged $171 an hour!!!! The only supplies needed were 3 inches of copper pipe so none of the cost was due to cost of supplies. Their explanation was that they start charging from the moment they get the call. So if they are in Shreveport and are driving to Benton they will charge you their plumbing rate while they drive. I will be looking for another plumber. As a professional in my field, $171 an hour is more than ridiculous.

I was quoted $2500 from another local plumber who said I had a slab leak. I knew their diagnosis was wrong so I called Giglio for a second opinion. It was a leak behind the wall underneath my kitchen sink. Fixed the problem for $400. They are AWESOME!! Would definitely recommend!! They listened to me and found the real problem!! Thank you Giglio Plumbing for everything!

Giglio plumbing has replumbed the entirety of a house my wife and I bought and have been renovating over the last four months, and their teams have been courteous, helpful, knowledgeable, and attentive. Joe Giglio, the owner, has been very accessible even allowing me to text him to request teams or call him over the weekend to ask advice or schedule work, though I worked hard not to do so. They've helped me rebuild the plumbing of an 80+ year old house, kept it within budget, and been very responsive if there's been an issue.

I'm not sure why the 1 star ratings are here, they are completely counter to the experience I've had with this crew. While it's been a bumpy road as it would be with any renovation we've been happy to have Giglio here to help and look forward to continuing to work with them in the future.

Horrible service. I called and they said I was on the list waited til after 6 and the answering service took the call and told me they would be there in the morning. They didn't even bother to call and ask to reschedule since I was waiting all afternoon. They were out on 050517 for the same issue and couldn't find anything and now it is worse and I feel they blew me off. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

I wish they had zero stars. I called a dozen times over a week and all I got was bs I begged them to come work and they lied about when they were coming, never came and finally after a full 8 days of no responses I told them no more!!
