We have just moved into the area and urgently needed a new gas valve in order to have hot water on our first night in the house. Cathy Gifford arranged for this to happen, Shawn got the job done and everything worked perfectly.

I'm sorry someone did not get to keep their old faucet, however, my experience with Gifford Anderson Plumbing was excellent! My water heater went out, and, along with having family coming in from out of state for a wedding, I could not go long without a water heater (who could?). On a referral from a friend who is a plumber (now in Fortuna) I called Gifford Anderson Plumbing, and was given an appointment for inspection and bid the same day. Sean came out, did a thorough inspection and gave what I considered a fair bid (very close to what my friend said the bid should be). I was able to schedule the replacement for the next day. Sean was on time, friendly, professional and very knowledgeble. He did the job within a couple to three hours. He explained everything I needed to know about my new water heater. I am very please with Gifford Anderson Plumbing's employees and their work, and would certainly reccomend them to anyone for their plumbing needs.

UPDATE:
As yet I have never been reimbursed for my ""faucet"" that was taken from my home. Thought they would have second thoughts and attempt to make amends.
Every PLUMBER I CALLED said this is not PROTOCOL to take anything from the home unless asked or specified.
I would never recommend this group...EVER!
