In July of 2021, I hired Gieser Plumbing to install appliances in all my bathrooms. I supplied three stools, vanities and tops; and a complete shower stall in my master bath. Gieser charged me $1,215.00 labor and $1,123.63 for materials just for the shower installation. The first of this month, I decided to have my master bath floor covering removed and new floor covering installed. When the contactor started removing the floor covering, he discovered that half the bathroom floor was water logged and had to be replaced. Water was leaking from a connection installed by Gieser and had been leaking for two years. The shower door had also been improperly installed and water had leaked around it to the floor. This has resulted in a major renovation of this bathroom, at a cost of almost $10,000.00 dollars. Gieser's insurance company is recompensing me for the damage, but this would not have happened if Gieser's employees had done their job as it should have been done. I cannot, in good conscience, give any type of review rating to Gieser Plumbing as they don't have any star for a negative review. You can be assured that I will not recommend Gieser Plumbing to anyone.

This company really cares for its customers. This is the third time using your services and I will be using your services again. The did a whole home repipeing with pex and worked quickly to get things done in a timely manner. I also had a couple of places where they needed to cut into the dry wall. I knew better than to expect a plumber to perform carpentry so I am fine putting adapter plates over for future access in case of emergencies. Prior to finding Griser I had one company come out temporarily block of a problem leak and never return to finish a job. Two more companies were either no shows or simply blew me off on the phone. Hired this company to replace water valve attached to house. A 6x6 inch hole in wall was necessary. The measurement was off so 6x6 became 8x8. Next thing I know I have a 14x14 inch hole in my wall with plumber wanting to put in a access door. I never authorized any hole that big and reason was it cost same amount to fix big hole as small hole. If the access door was put on the first hole, no problem. Very unprofessional.
