Everything is working and performed an adequate job. However, failed to mention its 135$ an hour per person on the job. After calling someone he took the second person off the bill, this information needs to be given to the customer before you call additional help to the job. This is why you don't hire a plumber by the hour.

I called Gideon and Greco desperately trying to get my water supply leak fixed. The """"plumbing service"""" I had initially hired failed to complete the job. Graeme came and immediately started to work. He did have to call another man in to help push the pipe through the wall from outside. The entire job was repiped, concrete was poured and looks better than new in 3 hours. They did more in those 3 hours than the first 2 people did in 2 days. The price I paid was shockingly lower than the first company and now I have my water back on without having to finance the repairs as I previously would have had to do. I would highly reccomend this company and I certainly will call them in the future!

This company did work at the unit above mine and as soon as they left my sinks began filling up with what looked liked fecal matter At wich point I tried to contact them and they refused to even acknowledge the issue unless I paid for the damage they caused As to date legal procedures are in process My advice would be to make sure you get a second opinion or make sure the work is done right because there are many better plumbers in Tampa other than this company

It was after midnight when my back flow preventer blew and was flooding my yard. They returned my call within twenty minutes and were at my home shortly there after. He put in a temporary fix for the evening and returned the next day under """"normal"""" hourly rates with the replacement back flow valve. I was very happy with the work and the professionalism demonstrated. I will be calling Gideons for all my plumbing needs.

I have used these folks on more than one occasion. Unfortunately, it has usually been in an emergency situation. They are always very prompt and their plumbers are thorough and incredibly competent.

I very much appreciate how prompt and helpful they were. I called several companies before I spoke with Gideons who was able to come the same day. The tech, James listened to what I said and was able to diagnose the problem in under 5 minutes. He got me in touch with a septic company that was able to also come out the same day and get everything fixed. Gideons and Greco was such a blessing!!
