Kendall D.Awful customer service! I've never been treated so rudely by a company! I'd give zero stars if I could. Additionally, the softeners Gibson's provided did not solve our hard water problems and they never came out to check our equipment like they were supposed to every 6 months.
Matt P.Customers beware, this business is just terrible. I was a fairly happy customer for five years until I discovered they were over charging me for minerals. Over $300 in one year.
Only choice I had was to leave... service was poor and they thought that the lack of user readable meters for the chemicals meant that they could charge whatever they wanted.
Turns out, they are under new management and they're clearly trying to gouge their customer base.
Don't sign up... or get rid of them if you're an existing customer.
