The Guy that gave the estimate was professional, kind, and knowledgeable. We called to get an estimate for a new a/c unit. He came on time and completed the estimate within 15 minutes. We sat and discussed prices and finance options. This was a Friday so finance application wasn't processed until the following week. The 1st finance company denied our request. Ok that's fine...I asked if they had additional payment options and the lady stated "yes I'll get back to you". It has been 3 weeks and we have yet to hear back. We have called and left several messages and still not a peep. If denied financing just say so!! It is very unkind to have people waiting for a response in this west texas heat ..we could have gone somewhere else sooner but did not want our credit dinged. I will never use this company again...too bad because like i said the salesman was great...office staff not so much. Businesses should never leave customers hanging at least send a letter in the mail or send an email geez.

We always call Gibson for our plumbing needs. Richard is a very skilled plumber and always fixes our issues quickly. This is a great business for plumbing needs.

Absolutely do not use these guys. I had a sewer line stopped up they came out and looked at my sewer line and told me I didn't have any cleanouts. That there was no way they could clean out the line and it would have to be replaced. They quote me 2000$ plus 500$ for a clean out. The day came to replace my line and low and behold a clean out appeared. So the scoped my line they found that my pipes were full of roots and the only way to really fix it was to replaces them. They tore up my backyard and using a small track driven backhoe and replaced my line. After the were finished the bill was 2400 for the job , I ask the guy who did the work why they charged me for a clean out they did not replace and he said they didn't the job just took longer then they expected.

Here it is 7 months later and I am having the same trouble. I called on a Sunday and got there on call service and with in 10 mins Gibson call me and even though the guy putting in the line told me I would never have this issue again it would be 149.00 plus what ever it took un stop the line.

Absolutely do not use Gibson Plumbing

These are dishonest people. They have a low service call fee, but they rip you off once they show up at your door.
