Will was awesome DEARWOOD PLUMBING came out to our house and said we needed a new control box they were gonna charge me 250 for travel 250 for consultation so with parts and all that and taxes over 5000 dollars Will came out and checked it a nothing was wrong with the control box and he did charge me anything to come look at it I give them 10 thumb up

If you want your worries to go away then call Gibson. I was running out of hot water so my wife called Gibson and Kyle was sent to solve the problem. I had a bad water regulator and a broken hot water regulator that was connected to my tankless water heater. Kyle calmly explained to my wife what he diagnosed and bingo he was right on the money. He is very professional and confident. My wife said will we have hot water and Kyle said ""for ever"" but here is my card but you won't need to call I love that confidence.

For the First time in a decade my shower does not leak!! Previous plumber ? did a lousy job, but Gibson Plumbing fixed the leaking shower faucet!! At a fraction of the cost other plumbers were quoting! Probably gonna save a ton of money on my water bill.

Excellent service and quality performance by Kyle from Gibson plumbing. I had leakage at one bathroom and also needed some preventive plumbing works in two other bathrooms. Kyle arrived and fixed leakage in no time, and took care of the other two bathrooms also with great service. I highly recommend Gibson plumbing. The rate is very reasonable also. Gibson Plumbing provided excellent service. Kyle is very professional and sets your mind at ease. He came to the rescue quickly, just as promised. He fixed our problem reliably and in a timely manner. He even did something extra that we had not asked for, when we called him. Based on the costs of the materials, we know that his price was VERY reasonable and fair.
Based on the experience that we had with Kyle, we will only want to use him in the future.

This is a horrible company. I own a brand new home and was provided emergency numbers to call for service after hours. My kitchen sink was leaking last night and my island was flooded. To me that's an emergency so I called Gibson the representative asked details about my problem and told me she would get in contact with her on call personnel and then I would hear back from her. I was able to shut off the water to my kitchen while I waited. I didn't hear back so we went to bed. This morning 8/17 at 7am a man calls me which woke me up. He said he was from Gibson and asked want my issue was I explained what happened. The man then proceeded to scold me stating my issue wasn't an emergency and he had been called at midnight for this. The woman who initially answered my call should should have told me that they wouldn't address this until Monday instead of calling him at midnight. How was that my fault I called at 7pm and didn't hear back until 7am just to be woken up by a rude man scolding me about using their emergency number. My kitchen island being flooded is an energy to me but if that's not what they consider worthy of on call work I should have been notified at the time of my call. It still took them 12 hours to respond to my emergency call so if a pipe had burst my whole house would have been flooded by the time they decided to return my call. Please do yourself a favor and don't call these people with your emergencies there are much better companies who practice customer service out there. I called them because my home builder provided their number in my manual.

Kyle did an awesome job on replacing some old copper pipes & valve at my home, and he did so in an expeditious manner. You can tell he takes pride in his work because of the attention to detail. He was extremely professional, pleasant and answered all of my questions. I would certainly recommend their service to everyone. You can't go wrong with Gibson Plumbing!
